   La comida no está a la altura del lugar. La piscina linda y las vistas espectaculares pero falta un poco de ambientación chill out.

   Ein fantastischer Tag in einem Traumhaften Ambiente. Das ganze Team ist extrem freundlich und Aufmerksam. Das Package erfüllt genau das was es soll. Einzig die Rechnungslegung finde ich etwas unverständlich wenn direkt 10% Trinkgeld erhoben werden. Das man für den tollen Tag Trinkgeld gibt ist normal, aber bitte nicht den Gast nötigen. War im letzten Jahr nicht so und ich denke sie stimmen mir zu das der letzte Eindruck hängenbleibt. Dennoch herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Tag Michael Schol

   We booked a pool day pass months in advanced to then be told when we arrived they didn’t have any beds for us. We paid quiet a bit for a taxi across the island to get there. It’s in the middle of no where so all we could do was sit in the pool bar for lunch then travel back. The pool bar food was poor in comparison to Ocean Beach pool bar food. The hotel rang me and 12.20 to tell me not to come as they were full but my booking was for 12 so we had already arrived. This didn’t make a lot of sense considering they have said on the booking you only have a 15 minute grace period before they charge you for not turning up. Overall no solution to the issue was provided other than to wait around for a free bed. We would of been happy to do so, however we ended up leaving. They were happy enough to pull out beds for guests who arrived after us. I totally understand this as guests staying at the resort should of course get priority. However, I think they should perhaps rethink selling day beds if they do not have the capacity to do so. I’ve been to a lot of similar places and all the staff will go above and beyond for you. I didn’t get this impression from the 7 pines staff. They were quiet rude and we were made to feel as though we were and inconvenience. We didn’t feel welcome staying.

After speaking to our F&B Manager, the reason that your booked sunbeds have not been available anymore was your delay in arrival of about an hour. We are happy to keep the sunbeds for our costumers within the 15 minute grace period or even a bit longer in case our team is informed on time. But on very busy days, the policy has to be followed in order to provide a smooth service for all our guests.

   the fact that you are not a guest is that they will place you the farest from the pool , just next to the pool and that is not cool at all, and if you ask to be placed else where they will tell you that you are not at guest of the hotel which is kind of akward to hear. otherwise the service is excellent, food and cocktails, quiet place, really nice pool and environment, easy and free to park, pool is clean

   I have bern here for many years. Food is still not the best. Given this place and price they need to level up on the food.

   It was a beautiful day at the pool. The pool has a great view. Friendly and hardworking staff. The food was delicious, I recommend you to try the lobster. Will definitively come back one day.
