Lovely food, friendly staff who were a little overworked as only 2 serving so food & drinks slower than might have been. Overall great & would recommend

Disappointing service despite good food. I’d previously loved Intoku when it was on Church Street, but the new location at Windsor Station didn’t live up to expectations. Service was slow, with only two staff managing a busy floor. One guest’s meal arrived 45 minutes late, and despite pre-requesting a birthday dessert surprise, nothing was done. Food was good, but overall experience was let down by poor service and lack of attention

Very good service, the team were very attentive throughout the meal. Food was very good. It’s a shame it wasn’t busier but it was a Monday lunchtime and there was a lot going on in the local area as preparation for a state visit was taking place nearby. Otherwise we really enjoyed our lunch. Thank you

On a particularly quiet lunch visit during the week, the service was friendly but slow and inattentive. I had to get up and get attention myself. We used to frequent Intoku but I think after this visit, this may not be happening. The food was a bit more on the expensive side for poor execution of what should be popular dishes.

Amazing food and service. The sushi boat looked very impressive and the mocktails were delicious. Highly recommend for the best sushi in town!

Found reviews online and booked only 30mins before arriving. Food was fantastic, everyone was happy with their choices. In addition to our mains we ordered a sushi boat to share, it was outstanding. Highly recommend.
