    Our server was amazing. She had lived in the US for a while as a child, so her command of English language was excellent and helpful to us. We shared a salad which was fresh & crisp, and my husband had a very tasty beef dish & I had pork ribs...all tasty & delicious.

    Sunday eve @ 2030, sat at the bar near the back and it was the perfect seat busy and noise wise. The service was so so good, just genuinely lovely people really happy to help which was a surprise having done a week or fairly grumpy people in restaurants! Wait for the burgers to come in the pintos - unreaaaal!! House red is also fab. Thanks guys. Lovely eve.

    Really enjoyed this place. It’s standing room only at the entrance section, with some stools available. The idea is to walk in, grab a small bite and go. They charge based on the number of cocktail sticks left on your plate. It’s casual, fun and the food is traditional Basque style and very tasty. There is a more formal restaurant at the back, but we were happy with the front section as it was mid-afternoon.

    Excellent food and the service was outstanding. Andrea our waitress looked after us so well, we both commented on what a brilliant waitress she is! To the owners of this restaurant you should be proud of your team!

    The restaurant was lovely and the food very good but we wished there had been more explanation and description actually on the menu. The menu looked very simple but you didn't really know what you were getting ingredients wise or in portion size. We had to ask loads of questions and it makes you feel like a bit of a nuisance! Also you couldn't have tapas in the restaurant - only in the bar - which we didn't know from prior research and was bit disappointing.

    We thought we would have a late lunch but the kitchen was closed. Instead we had the tapas, which were terrific! My favorite was the foie gras. Everyone was helpful and friendly to the Americanos. Very positive experience. Highly recommend.

    This is a gem in Barcelona just off La Rambla in the old city. Standing room only tapas in the front the back of the place houses a more relaxed table service. Fabulous and traditional basque cuisine source from their own farm the food was as delicious as it was varied. HIGHLY recommended!

    お店の入口付近は、地元のお客様が立食で、小皿料理とお酒を賑やかに楽しんでいますが、お店の人に一声かけ案内された、お店が奥に落ち着いたテーブル席のレストランでした。メニューを見ながらどんなお料理か質問しつつ注文しました。お料理は味付けも強くなく美味しかったです。ステーキはグラム単位での注文ですが、骨付き重量なのでなので3人で900ｇは適量でした。

    We were in Barcelona for our Anniversary and we found this restaurant by our hotel. It was simply amazing, We sat down for dinner, but you can go for tapas. Everything we had was delicious! Especially the wine. A must try!

    Terrific food. The lady in charge helped with choices and they were excellent including dessert. Wine is good, flip to back page if you are a wine snob. Highly recommend this place. It’s a hidden gym in las Ramblas. Really nice long lunch. Recommend the squid in ink, salted cod salad, peppers. We had all of the seasonal items - all great.

    On a recent vacation trip to Barcelona my wife and I tried this location due to reviews on open table. Overall it was nice. But for the value there are much better restaurants to try. The steak I ordered was very well prepared. But the fish my wife order was not as good. It was soaked in olive oil in a traditional basque style. Just make sure to ask about how it is prepared and served. Over all not bad I just feel there are better locations.

    Delightful. We would go again. Getting a taste of a specific region/culture is the best dining. Very English friendly and happy to share details about what is available. A great way to get a taste of Barcelona.

    We are visiting Barcelona for the first time and wanted to experience a good Basque restaurant for lunch. We went for the restaurant seating, rather than the tapas. Monk fish was on the menu, so we ordered it, not being aware of how price for the fish was calculated....got the bill ....80€ for the delicious monk fish which only two of us ate! One of our Party had just vegetables (17€) and green salad (7€} and of course a bottle of wine and bread. Our final bill was 178€ !! Great meal and service,but far more expensive than we had anticipating spending !!

    We chose Irati Restaurant for our last meal in Barcelona. We had been there earlier in the week for lunch and enjoyed their fresh fish. We came back to try their aged beef and it did not disappoint! The meal was wonderful: anchovies to start, followed by the perfectly cooked beef, roasted red peppers, green salad and sourdough bread. Dessert was delicious, too: rice pudding for me, chocolate cake for my dining partner. All accompanied by friendly, attentive service. I highly recommend!

    Incredible place! Wonderful staff and meticulous service, superb food. The restaurant is very warm and fairly casual. Went there two nights in a row and had to resist my own and family's urge to go there every night during our short stay. But will go there again many times, I am sure!

    This restaurant was recommended to me by a colleague who used to live in Barcelona and it did not disappoint! My fiance and I came to Irati and dined in the dining area. The service was amazing. Our server was so sweet and funny. She made many great recommendations off the menu. After dinner, we moved to the bar area where there is a display of a variety of pinchos. HOLY SMOKES THE PINCHOS. They were absolutely delicious! It was so fun to try a few different options and converse with the staff. We ended up coming back the next night because of how wonderful it was. :)
