We were a large group of 15 on a busy Sunday/Pats game. We had great service from Maria and appreciated her accommodating us! A few minor snafus with some meals/drinks, bit promptly rectified. Thank you!!

First time either large group and enjoyed very much. We have been regulars at another place in Waltham but decided to change it up because you are a better location. We all found the place more than location. Much cleaner, better menu, more room and food much better. Service was also terrific. Both the waitress and runners did great job. We will be back! Thanks for great service and hospitality.

Hearing that you enjoyed our spacious, clean sports bar, extensive menu, delicious food, and convenient location means a lot. We're especially happy that both your waitress and our food runners delivered such friendly, attentive service. We love being a neighborhood gathering spot for friends and groups, and we're excited to hear you'll be back! Thanks for giving us a try, and we look forward to welcoming everyone again soon!

Food was decent pub food, but there were many options to choose from an extensive menu. While it was very crowded and there was an enthusiastic football crowd watching the games, our server was either new to the experience or simply wasn't as focused as she could have been. Otherwise it was a great experience and we'll be back again!
Jake n JOES Sports Grille - WalthamRespondió el 7 de octubre de 2026
Thank you for the 5-star review and recommendation, Lauri! We’re glad you enjoyed the lively sports bar atmosphere, extensive menu, and the energy of a packed house for football. We also appreciate your candid feedback about the service. Even during a busy game day, attentive and focused hospitality is important, and we’ll share your comments with our team. Thanks for saying you’ll be back—we look forward to providing an even better experience next time!

We were seated promptly and never rushed. Our server, Jesus, was very attentive and pleasant. We all enjoyed our luncheon special: 1/2 sandwiches (turkey avocado, BLT) and soup or salad. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I felt sorry for the wait staff! They got a pop and only had two servers on. That restaurant is way too big for only 2 servers. Food was good, vibe was good.

Our party of 5 went very well. Our waitress was outstanding and very attentive. The meals were very good and the service was excellent. We stayed for 3+ hours just reminiscing about old times and work related stories. I would recommend Jake N Joes Sports Grille. We all had a good time.

Unfortunately.. the two waitresses we have couldn’t care less about us dining there and we got there 11:30 am was empty. They were fussing around with wipe down tables and chairs. Food was average had a chicken sandwich grilled came out on a bun.. nothing on it. Boring and waitress were no where to ask for condiments. Had side broccoli no butter nothing. Place is huge and stayed almost empty the hour we were there as a business meeting meet and greet. Won’t be back.

Ken, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m very sorry your visit to Jake n JOES Waltham fell short. Whether we’re packed for a big game or serving a quieter lunch, every guest deserves friendly, attentive service. You should have been checked on, offered refills, and given the opportunity to request anything your meal needed. I appreciate you bringing both the service and food concerns to our attention. I’ve also reached out privately because I’d like to learn more about your visit and personally follow up. We hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back for the experience we know Jake n JOES can provide.— Sam Longhitano, District Manager Jake n JOES

It was four of us for lunch. We ate outside which was very pleasant that day. Better than being in the more noisy and screens indoors. We asked for a cushion for one of the chairs but none was delivered. The fish lacked seasoning. Otherwise the food was good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Joel. We're glad you enjoyed dining on our outdoor patio and that your overall meal was a good one. We do apologize that your request for a chair cushion was overlooked and that the fish wasn't seasoned to your expectations. Feedback like yours helps us improve both our food and service, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope to welcome you back to Jake n JOES Waltham again soon!
