En Bateau la carne se prepara y es añejada en seco ahí mismo. Bateau vende por peso los cortes de especialidad de su granja en Whidbey Island y otras granjas con compromisos similares hacia la calidad, sostenibilidad y bienestar animal, y los prepara en hierro fundido junto a creativas guarniciones, papas fritas cocinadas tres veces, cocteles representativos y una amplia carta de botellas. El servicio es amistoso y refinado a la vez. En palabras de la chef Renee Erickson, "aquí trabajamos con animales de nuestra granja y dirigimos el proceso completo de cruza, cuidados, alimentación, terminado, matanza y añejado en seco. Join us at Jeffry's Parlor! Located in our main dining room, these five special Parlor seats are, humbly speaking, the best in the house. Jeffry's Bar Happy hour available daily from 5pm-7pm, as well as our full restaurant menu available all evening. Add on our famous martini cart experience to begin! Please visit our website to view our current menu. All ages are permitted to dine in this area. We kindly ask that guests arrive on time for their reservation; late arrivals may result in cancellation, and fees may apply. Jeffry’s was very sadly disappointing, especially for $1300 for 4 people. I loved Bateau, and the only thing Jeffry’s retained was the space. It is clear they now sous vide the steaks, which I am not against if they would finish it on the grill (it wasn’t). They only have limited cuts of meat now, versus the prior joy of their blackboard and in house butchery. We waited over 40 minutes between our salad and shrimp cocktail and mains. The high points were the martini cart, parker rolls, shrimp cocktail, and a nice Bordeaux. I hope they go back to the core things that made Bateau great — excellent cuts of beef grilled well and attentive service.

Charming, aesthetically pleasing colors and atmosphere, excellent meal (onglette, frites and aioli, butter lettuce salad and the best banana pudding), delicious Jeffry’s old fashioneds with perfect large ice cubes with J imprinted, excellent service, not intrusive, just right, friendly

Service, food, ambience were all impeccable. Jeffry’s has shot up to my list of favorite Seattle restaurants. Every detail was delectable. Highly highly recommend.

I’m visiting from out of town and a colleague recommended this place. It did not disappoint! They made my martini with blue cheese stuffed olives at the table… it was delicious! Parker rolls, scallop crudo, filet mignon, kale au gratin and banana pudding was all to die for!!!

Trendy and fun ambiance. Impeccable and kniwledgable wait staff. Great food! They can accommodate vegan requests, although options are a tad limited there. Otherwise, outstanding! We loved it. Will definitely be back.

Going to Jeffry's is a something we treat ourselves to every couple of months or so. The food is delicious and the front of house and wait staff does an outstanding job of remembering faces and names and making us feel welcome and valued. It is a little pricy but worth it and is one of our favorite restaurants in Seattle.

We ate at Jeffrey’s two night ago. 4 people for a bday dinner (which was included in the res). Arrived and were routed to an empty bar that’s attached to the restaurant table wait to be seated. I guess they had no hostess that night - a Friday. Waited a bit, were seated and brought water. About 5-8 min later, waiter came over to introduce himself but didn’t take drink orders. We finally waved him down to place the drink orders it was 7:20. Placed drink & app orders. Apps came out but no drinks. Our res was at 7pm, it was 7:50 and we still didn’t have cocktails. We had to get up to ask. Upon receiving our drinks, we were finally able to place dinner orders. No one ever came to even fill our water glasses, we had to stop random servers as they passed by to ask. We finally got our food at 8:45. Never asked if we wanted more drinks. We finished up at 9:30. Net-net. Food is good but service is HORRIBLE. We spent $500 at this place and walked away disappointed.
