In 2012, New York City’s most celebrated pizza proprietor, Patsy Grimaldi, came out of retirement with his wife Carol, to co-found Juliana’s® (affectionately named after his Mom) at 19 Old Fulton Street, the now iconic building under the Brooklyn Bridge where the pair had established Grimaldi’s Pizzeria decades before. Partnering with a close friend, the trio were committed to proudly serving pies the way Patsy had for generations: deliciously thin crusts hosting only the finest house made, local and internationally-sourced ingredients, expertly turned inside the restaurant’s original, hand-built, coal-fired oven—the first one commissioned in New York City in over fifty years.
In 2025, Juliana’s® opened its first and only location outside of NYC, in the newly established NORA District, in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. Closely honoring the look and feel of our Brooklyn flagship, Juliana’s at NORA is delighted to introduce our award-winning menu to South Florida pizza lovers.

We had a wonderful time at Julianna’s for a birthday dinner. The pizza was out of this world! So light and airy with great toppings. The bartender paid us special attention, recommending a lovely wine from Paso Robles. We will definitely return to Julianna’s and the new NORA district in West Palm Beach, which is lovely.

Julianna’s is fantastic! Great full bar with wonderful cocktails, terrific, friendly service and outstanding food! I’ve taken many people there and everyone loves it!!

We had dinner on a Tuesday night, which is their half‑price pizza night. The pizza was excellent, as were the pasta fagioli and the Caesar salad. Our server was very attentive.

It was our first time trying Juliana’s and we were excited. The consensus in our party was mixed. Despite being full of staff, the service was not great. Water was not refilled, plates weren’t changed between courses. Courses came out back to back. Waitress didn’t stop by to make sure we had everything we needed (we didn’t) until well into the meal. 3/4 of us loved the food. 1/4 of us thought it was very fresh but too bland and needed some additional seasoning. We feel like the service needs to improve to be more reflective of the higher prices. This restaurant has potential but it needs a good front end manager to ensure smoother operations.

We had a pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad. Both were very tasty. The crust was very good. It was a little pricey and the service was okay.
