Kabul House offers a taste of authentic Afghan cuisine. Our extensive menu includes lamb, seafood, beef & chicken dishes as well as vegetarian specialties that include pumpkin, eggplant, spinach & other fresh vegetable options. Our menu hosts a large variety of selections fit for anyone, from vegetarians to meat lovers alike. In most of our recipes, a limited amount of fresh spices & seasonings are used to season the dish in order to create a sensational taste that is not too overwhelming. This makes our Afghan cuisine very enjoyable for anyone & everyone. The atmosphere we provide for our patrons is one of which would be produced in our homes, relaxing, invitingly warm & unforgettable. Kabul House has been a family favorite since it first opened. We enjoy bringing friends who were unfamiliar with the restaurant or cuisine. Consistently, we all loved the meal and experience. The food is delicious, interesting, and consistently excellent. In addition to the classic meat or poultry choices there are many delicious veggie options throughout the menu. The ingredients are fresh and well prepared. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, offering excellent service. This is an exceptional neighborhood place for a wonderful dining experience.

This place is a hit every single time. Our server Jose was the best. Always rakes care if us with a smile. We come here twice a month.

I really didn’t know what to expect when we went to Kabul House. The foyer was very inviting and it also became a comfortable area for those who wanted to perform their obligatory prayers (Muslims). For appetizers: Mantoo (beef dumplings), potato and leeks turnover (Bulanee) and hummus. We enjoyed the Bulanee much more than Mantoo. The Hummus texture was more grainy and oilier. Really enjoyable with bread. Tomato Lentil soup was refreshing and set the tone for the entrees. We each had a different version of the Lamb that night : Lamb shank, chop and kebabs either with Afghan rice or Dill and both rice choices were aromatic and flavorful. The lamb for each entree was tender and plentiful. Delicious. Try the Saffron Milk cake but be advised that it is on the very sweet side. Sharing a slice at the table makes more sense than not. We also had the Saffron Milk Tea and it was again on the sweet side. I say either do the tea or cake but not both. The Afghan coffee with Saffron Cream was one of the best presentation ever and a wonderful way to end the night. We will be back for sure to try other entrees.

Food and service is always outstanding! Everything is delicious. Was very disappointed to find out we can not bring wine any longer.
