Finally found a great Indian restaurant not too far from us. Lamb saag and chicken korma … affordable wine and a veggie samosa … everything was very good as was the service.

We had shrimp Vindaloo, Garlic Naan, Shrimp fried rice and chicken fried rice. It was all delicious and nice spice and flavor. We will be back ordering for dinners. It was worth every dollar my wife enjoyed herself.

This was our first experience with KK and will definitely be back! The service was fast, courteous, and non-intrusive. The food was fantastic and came to the table without delay. We highly recommend this to anyone wanting a casual but excellent Indian meal.

Very nice dinner. The food was great. A bottle of wine (we had Pinot Noir) was not only excellent, but very reasonably priced for this time-period we're living in. Service was outstanding. The music playing was calm and peaceful. The owners were clearly onsite and involved in making the place successful. My wife and I enjoyed everything about our trip to this excellent Indian restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Have a nice dinner and enjoy yourself.

So glad we tried this fairly recent addition to the Charlotte restaurant scene!!! The menu contains a wide offering of Indian and Nepalese dishes(including many vegetarian and vegan options), the food is delightful and flavorful (and seasoned according to your “heat” tolerance!) and the service is prompt and attentive. Lastly, Kasthamandap is a small business that serves great food at a great value and is deserving of your support and patronage!

The food is absolutely fantastic. It seems a bit understaffed, so you may find that it’s not as speedy as what feels normal in the US, but the small deviation won’t be noticed in good company. The blend of the menu is truly great and both the lamb and chicken Biryani were cooked to perfection, and I cannot say enough about it!
