   We went for the couples Valentine’s Day dinner. The food was excellent but I’m not sure if they have ever done a dinner like that. There were only a couple of servers working so they may have been short staffed. I would like to have had a steak knife to use for the beef. Also, they gave us salad plates for the entree and brought the entree on a platter. We were to share it which was not a problem but I would have liked to have been given regular size plates. I used the salad plate and told my husband to eat off the platter. This was a very nice meal, otherwise. We had 4 courses; seared ahi tuna, salad, chateaubriand with crispy truffles potatoes and broccolini, followed by raspberry cheesecake and two big chocolate dipped strawberries. There was a paper with the menu on the table with a glass of water on it holding a rose. It might have been fun to have a place to take photos as a little extra.

   We had a good time…music was fantastic. Ambience was great. Service was good—except 2 of the 12 dinners (mine & my husband’s) came out late, and it was cold and dry!

   Christmas Buffet: no one came to our table to take our drink order, actually had to go to the service station to ask servers who were watching tv...plates were not removed until we stacked them to the side. When we left we still did not know who our server was supposed to be and the 22% tip was an auto charge (there were only 3 of us). Prime rib was very good while turkey was dry, smashed potato bar, stuffing and over cooked baby carrots were the sides with mixed greens and toppings for a salad. Desserts were apple pie, pecan pie and pumpkin pie. Apple and pecan pies were good, wish there was whipped cream for the pecan pie and coffee offerred with dessert. Disappointed for a Christmas brunch.

   Server was very pleasant and solicitous. Our food order came out at all different times first one meal then the next then the third then the 4th. The third and fourth dinners both had to be sent back since they were cooked wrong. A $30 steak ordered medium rare shouldn't be well done. Will think twice before going back.

   We sat down and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to come over to the table..our server was basically non existent and when we finally got our food after an hour after we ordered, it was cold and just not very good. I would recommend going elsewhere.

    Our waitress was very friendly and very professional. I had the Petite filet topped with lobster and 2 shrimp on the side. The potatoes were "Cowboy potatoes" and had a nice crust on them.

    I have been at Kenzies on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, this time the service was terrible. I’m not sure if it’s under new management and or shortage of staff but it was awful. I have seen much better of them. We had to bus our own tables to clear away the food. We had very little assistance serving our cake. additionally, our server did not come back and check on us to add more drinks or fill our water glasses. Very disappointed

    Had the bourbon wings extra crispy and shared a filet with my daughter while she shared her Bang Bang shrimp with me. All three dishes were wonderful. Great Coffee Martinis Great Entertainment.

    Enjoyable ambiance with wide windows overlooking golf course. Beautiful trees and landscaping, Restaurant decor has warm colors with pops of brightness which makes you feel comfortable in the space. Our server Marie went above & beyond to help us. She was friendly, accommodating and explained the selections clearly. The food was creative and offered different selections not found elsewhere. We would definitely visit Kenzie’s again when in the area

    On nights when there is live entertainment talking to friends or romantic dinners take a back seat. That said the entertainment is outstanding just too loud for the open smaller space.

    Three of the four guests at our table ordered fish dishes and all three were dry (overcooked). We dine here often and that is not usually the case so maybe a new cook?

    A hidden jewel! Now that I've found it, I will definitely go there whenever I'm in that area. I'm a local real estate agent and this place is ideal for me to bring clients there for a working meal or dinner. The service was quick, the food delicious (you have to try the bang bang shrimp for an appetizer or it is large enough it could be a meal and don't leave without having the banana cheesecake - I forgot the name of it but it is addicting!), the atmosphere was perfect for a date, working or to bring the family. How have I lived in this area for 18+ years and just now discovering it?

    My husband and I tried the wings for the first time - they were awesome. In the top 2 that I have ever had. They split them into 2 Buffalo & 2 Bourbon. Also had the Cuban and the Ruben sandwiches.

    How do spell mediocre? I think that’s it! As mediocre as it comes. Steak fatty not very tasty. Ahi tuna appetizer way overcooked. If you stay at this resort you’re stuck at this restaurant. Service was good at least.

    Don't bother going here. We didn't even sit down. Not a single server was around to seat us, let alone notice we walked into the restaurant. Terrible. We drove somewhere else to eat dinner.

    The food was very good. They didn’t seem to have a lot of wait staff- this could be due to Covid. Definitely more of a casual dining experience, o thought it would have been nicer, I was over dressed.

    Nice experience and friendly staff and service. Food was good and service was excellent. Live music was a bit too loud, but talented musicians. Please lower the lighting a bit as all lights were set on bright and also turn off the pre-recorded music when the live music begins. Thanks!

    Great hidden gem inside the Mystic Dunes Resort. Had Mac n Cheese Shrimp Scampi with Asparagus and two pieces of Garlic Bread, the order came out hot & tasty I made an excellent choice. Service from Will was outstanding as the restaurant was not busy at 4:30pm on a Sunday in late February. I would definitely recommend this bar / restaurant to all locals and resort guests

    Made a reservation through open table at noon for a 7pm meal. We arrived just before 7, no hostess, just the bartender trying to seat people and mind the bar. When we finally got his attention he was abrupt and told us it would be 45 minutes. When I told him we had a reservation at 7 he asked when we made it and seemed to know nothing about it. Disappeared and never came close enough for us to talk to again over the next 10 minutes so we left. Won’t make that mistake again.

    Service was slow and food delivery slower. When I finally got my entry the steak was medium well rather the order of medium rare. Complained but did not wait for another steak. Pizza and sandwiches may be ok, but avoid the entries.
