Feeling bummed the restaurant now offers bread for a few where it used the be complementary and helped fill us given the food is delicious but not substantial. My pasta dish was over $30 with a few bits of tough short rib, and I was still hungry after finishing it. Service was competent, but not exceptional. This has been our go-to place for years, but no longer going forward

Nice ambiance and good food, reasonable price. Service needs work. Love that staff come around to check on empty plates etc, but maybe take a few of them to be servers too so we don’t have to wait an extended amount of time for our bill when it’s busy

One cannot ask for more when dining out. Our wonderful server Ella was attentive at all times and took great care of us. Food was wonderful, the truffle pasta is a must!! Will be coming again soon !!!!

The best pasta/pizza my wife and I had in a while since moving from NYC. We ordered the gnocchi with sausage and the pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, cheese, basil and the spicy salami. Both were delicious, will go back again for another date night!

Always great experience, especially with my favourite waitress Lisa, she is really professional, and you will really appreciate her service, because she is friendly, and she makes the evening pleasant and welcoming.

Waiter was very friendly and efficient! Food was sooo good, tasted like when we were in Italy. Lot of stuff to eat and buy at each level of the Eataly store! We need more Eataly in Canada 😜

the food was good, thats all i can say in terms of that. although our pasta was not served the same the last time we visited. the service was horrible, our server never paid attention and didn’t grab our plates once they were done, he just stared at them and kept walking. this is the worst time i’ve been here.

A surprise get together with an old friend and her now grown up daughter….. What a great spot to eat great food, have some craft beer and spend the afternoon chatting. We were well looked after…. We were left alone enough to have time & space to relax and talk.

Over-priced average food. A very small bowl of gnocchi and a glass of wine came to $50. The gnocchi was vegetarian. Had a bit of pesto sauce in it. Overall dry and tasteless.

Food was good but ridiculously overpriced. You could eat better elsewhere and for much cheaper. It's a novelty place. I will definitely not return here to eat at the restaurant section. However, I would come back to buy items from the supermarket area.

It is located in Eataly - you can have your launch or dinner here, and go grocery shopping right away. The atmosphere is very charming.

Be sure to make a reservation at this popular spot. Our dinners were delicious chosen from am extensive menu of pastas and pizzas. Service was friendly and efficient. It can get noisy on weekends.
