We were seated in the lobby entrance of the hotel so with the tall ceilings and extremely loud band, my friends and I had to literally shout to have any semblance of a conversation. The food offerings were an interesting and diverse selection. I appreciated the variety but the quality of the food itself could be improved. The cuts of steak were pretty cheap and haphazardly placed on a literal plate so that less than 10 pieces were available at any time. There was some mystery goop placed on a literal plate near the steak with no label and I couldn't tell if it was gravy or mashed potatoes. I wish there was some consistency with the labeling for cases like that. Funnily enough the red rice was labeled "chocolate" and stayed labeled as such the entire dinner. If I could describe the offerings, I'd say it's mostly filler- cheap options to fill the lineup so you don't have to worry about the premium options like proteins. To their credit, some of the filler was tasty. The clam chowder was nice and some sides were dressed well. The sushi station had freshly prepped plates pumping out regularly. Unfortunately the lobsters were overcooked and dry. Service was really hard to catch for the included wine and beer options so I only ended up with one glass of wine. The only interaction we had with staff the entire time, other than me asking for my wine, was the busser who was excellent at checking each table to make sure they were cleared.

It was a bit disappointing—it just didn’t compare to La Seine in Korea(seoul, jeju island).

Even though the menu said lobster, seafood, and steak, maybe I missed it but I did not see any steak. Other than that I really loved eating here.

星野リゾートに宿泊すると10%割引のはずが、対象外！とメガネをかけた年配の女性に嫌な顔をされる。英語を話せないと失笑もされた。味付けも香辛料がひどい。おすすめしない。
