   Made a very last-minute reservation here when a nearby restaurant lost our reservation for our (birthday) party of 16! Laguna not only accommodated us, but found us a semi-private area to celebrate. The server and crew were impressively efficient for a big party, and the food was REALLY GOOD. It wasn't as fancy as what we'd planned, but it was so tasty and well-cooked that we were at least as happy at Laguna than we would have been at the first restaurant. A great value for the money, too, in my opinion. Really a hidden gem for those not staying in the hotel, and a FANTASTIC asset to the Doubletree.

   Very disappointed with the display. Roast beef was raw. Dessert display was very messy and no one seemed to clean the sticky utensils. No labels as to what anything was. Tips added to bill and then requesting tips when signing bill. We will not be back.

   The Christmas Buffet exceeded our expectations. The selection of food was excellent and the overall ambience was nice. We had a great time and will return again next Christmas for dinner.

    We decided to eat out for Christmas this year for the first time! Our expectations were for an average experience, but this Christmas buffet was amazing! The choices were plentiful and the food was delicious way beyond our expectations! Highly recommend

    This was a really great dining experience. I got value for money and felt that the dinner was worth what I paid. The service was top notch and the selection of food was pretty good. Definitely would dine here again and recommend it to others!

    We had a great dinner experience. Our party was seated at a table in a nice more secluded area of the restaurant, our server Leo was very attentive and kept checking on us. The food was delicious.

    Thanksgiving dinner here is Orlando's best kept secret! Not only is there moist and delicious fresh roasted whole turkey, but also succulent ham, as well as offerings of pork roast, chicken, and salmon! All the Thanksgiving sides you'd expect as well as so much you wouldn't. Plan on going our 4th year in a row next year!

    Amando was a very helpful and attentive server. Chef Gio went out of his way to bring us cranberry sauce. The food was great and they had a great selection, the turkey, gravy cranberry sauce and sweet potato casserole were outstanding! A label on the desserts would’ve been most helpful.

    Absolutely the best! There was a mixup with Open Table reservations but they went above and beyond to make it right! We had a family style Thanksgiving dinner and the best desserts! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10 for Armando (our server), the chef, and the management staff!!

    A must visit! We stayed at the hotel for three nights and ended up going to this restaurant four times. The breakfast buffet is amazing with unique and classic food. The dinner menu is also unique and delicious. The staff are kind and attentive. I would highly recommend going to this restaurant.

    We had a very large party of 18 guests with kids , they accommodated us with a private room on the second floor. The hostesses were really nice .Armando was our server he went above and beyond to serve us . He was very attentive and patient. Definitely recommend it

    I too had to wait 10 minutes for a server to come to my table. I ordered a hamburger medium. It came well done and salty. Disappointing to say the least.

    Service was not great waiting 10 minutes for our server to greet us and our order was incorrect when we got it. Never even got refills on our drinks, but the foot was yummy just disappointed the service wasn’t

    Came for the Mother’s Day brunch buffet and it was very underwhelming. For $38 per person and drinks not being included for anyone other than the mom, the food was not good. There was no “pasta station,” just a tub of pre-cooked cold noodles and cold marinara sauce to put on top. We were then told to eat the pasta with marinara cold like “pasta salad.” We did not even touch it. They advertised “Chef Omar” cooking the food and made it sound like such an experience. There was nothing special about it. Would not recommend. The only positive was our waitress.

    11 of us sat on the patio, loved the ambiance & casual atmosphere. Super thankful Latina’s The happy hour drinks were great, nachos good, spinach salads had way too much dressing, flat bread pizzas, kids meals all ok. Little expense but it’s Orlando. We loved that the server gave us free ice cream coupons for dessert!!

    This place has the friendliest staff. The environment has a super tropical feeling, especially if you sit outside. I would return for this buffet every morning if I could!
