M Fusion combines cuisines from Peru & Japan, including Sushi, grills, delectable salads and Ceviche all based on a sharing concept. The restaurant is adjacent to the Vista Terrace, on a large deck overhanging the KOI lagoon and providing gorgeous outdoor sea views. M fine fusion is open 5 nights per week from May to October offerring summertime outdoor dining only, smoking is permitted throughout
Our dress code is smart casual, smart knee length shorts are allowed but no vests or sandals.

It’s fairly pricey but the food is amazing. Even if you don’t like fish dishes, like myself, there are other options which is very helpful! I’d recommend sharing two dishes between two people if you’re not big eaters.

I had high expectations and was not disappointed! The food was truly outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining how to order (its similar to tapas). I wish I lived in Cyprus just so I could eat here regularly!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Was seated at a table which overlooked the sea and gardens. Staff were very attentive food was delicious. Cannot fault the restaurant in any way. Did not expect the evening to be cheap, expect to pay around €100 per person with wine. My only complaint is €7.00 for a bottle of water is extortionate. Some how takes away the lovely experience we had. Next time will ask for just tap water.
