At MAASS, we offer two tasting experiences: The Excursion, a focused two-hour menu, and The Voyage, an immersive three-hour journey showcasing luxurious ingredients from around the world. To ensure we can thoughtfully accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 72 hours before your reservation. If we do not receive this information within that time, your reservation may be moved to our main dining room, where we can better accommodate requests on shorter notice.
