For the "hidden gem" thrill seekers and cocktail explorers; Entre Nous is our new, must-try speakeasy located just next door to us in the Poinsett Plaza. A 1920's era prohibition vibe sets the scene as soon as you walk in if you're able to get your hands on the secret passcode to open the door. A unique experience aside from Maestro's. Outstanding, unforgettable experience! We were very kindly greeted by the general manager then given plenty of time to decide our order. Served promptly, THEN unexpected gift of dessert from the chef. The general manager and the chef came to personally greet us, introduce themselves & thank us for dining with them. Our server was kind and professional! We came because we had a $20 voucher but we will be returning soon!! All staff members were humble and gracious. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS! Portions were generous too. We had lamb chops & scallops that were perfectly cooked, spiced & presented. The seafood pasta had generous amount of seafood & amazing flavor. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Will return soon!

Our Saturday brunch at Maestro was all around excellent. We were seated promptly and the ambiance was very nice with great music that was not too loud. Our server provided excellent service, taking care to explain the specials, which included seasonal softshell crab. Our meals were delicious and so was dessert. Our server even went above and beyond to recognize my birthday celebration with a complimentary crème brûlée! We will definitely return in the future.

Our meal was excellent. I had the Parmesan encrusted Scallops and they w ere perfect and probably the best Scallops InhaleI have ever had. The fingerling potatoes were excellent as well my husband had the Beef shoulder with sautéed kale and fingerling potatoes as well. Cooked to his liking and was very tender. I loved the kale , it was enough for two! Adult beverages were both nice choices.

It was a wonderful dinner from start to finish. We were thrilled with the Soft Shell Crab entree!! It was delicious!!

We enjoyed celebrating my husband’s 73rd birthday at Maestro Bistro & Dinner Club. It was our servers 2nd week and that did not negate her from delivering attentive service. We had escargot and it was really tasty with the garlic. They did forget to bring smaller prong forks. Our bread was super hard but we told server and she apologized and brought in new/warm bread. We wanted the East and West coast oysters but they were out of the west. We really enjoyed our duck entrees, tender and so tasty. Oh, I had asked for comfortable seating and not by kitchen, our seats were just right. Note, we both liked that the kitchen noise is nonexistent even though the kitchen was just off to our left. My suggestion is if someone is celebrating a birthday or anniversary ask if a dessert slice , on the the house would be welcomed. Just a nice touch. Also a good Zinfandel would be appreciated. We will be back and thank you for a nice setting for us to enjoy our dinning experience.

What a disappointment. The menu in the restaurant was nothing like the OpenTable menu. I expected more choice in the way of steaks. My wife loved her Seabass. But I ordered the ribeye ($78). It was overcooked and the flavor was just OK. I won’t go back. if you still want to go, order the french fries and an appetizer. The french fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. But they didn’t make up for a bad $78 steak.
