Taste profile where complex on all that we ordered, did not like the tank in the dinning room. It is extremely sad to see the crustaceans trying so hard to get out and the hopelessness of all of that effort. There was a crab that got so close to reaching the top edges several times and what lies on the other side of the tank is still it’s demise.

Really unique menu. My rating has more to do with the cost. We will pay too much for a great experience but the steak prices just takes it to a new level. Seems even at fantastic restaurants, including those owned by a celebrity chef, dry-aged New York’s are $70-100. Their options are 170 - 245. Guess I’m just not prepared to pay that. For those who don’t dry-age at home it would be worth paying that at least once to try it.

I was very underwhelmed by the food an service, we ate at momofuku two days before and everything was wonderful, unfortunately not the case in majordomo, the food was salty painfully so, the pasta, the salad and the beef. Not a cheap restaurant. Don’t recommend it. Go to momofuku instead

Was absolutely wonderful. We had the chicken cooked 3 ways, which wasn't on the menu but was recommended by the server. It was delicious!

Our server was amazing, but the kitchen needs a ton of work. We waited at least an hour for our food(which is fine), but after waiting so long, you will have higher expectations. To have the steak come out with the cow still mooing at our table wasn't acceptable. Especially when it was asked to be cooked medium. It was so raw my husband couldn't eat most of it. I got the pork chop and that was extremely pink too. I could only eat half of it. Serious disappointment.

Extremely overpriced for the taste and atmosphere. The decor was odd and not welcoming. The food was very good and good quality. But the cost vs it's worth and taste was overpriced. I have a hard time justifying spending over $800 for a meal for two people and it' truly be worth it.

I've been to both of David Chang's places on the strip and left disappointed from both, unfortunately.

One of the best dining experiences we have ever had! From the ambience to the service we were blown away. We had an amazing server who is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was incredible from the wag you beef tartare to the Bing itself to the smoked prime rib. We can’t wait to come back!

We went here for an anniversary dinner, and were greeted by a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. We ordered the bing (a piece of flatbread) the chickpea spread and some shaved foie grad to go along with it - it was excellent. For our main course, we ordered the aged prime rib - which came with mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach - all of which were simply amazing - easily the best prime rib I’ve had. We finished off with a fantastic piece of key lime pie. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. We will definitely be making it here every time we are in Las Vegas.

My husband and I have been fortunate enough to go Las Vegas many times on the company dime and therefore have had lots of impressive, expensive meals there. We both felt this was the best meal we ever had in LV and probably one of the top 10 anywhere. Very few places can do vegetables, fish and meat equally well. Majordomo delivered on each course. Each dish was simple but perfect. The black cod was my highlight. Cool, chill ambience; very helpful service. Insane wine list. Large bill at the end, but we thought it worth it as a special treat. The restaurant is new, and huge, so it was not hard to get a reservation. But it soon will be. Go!

Was so excited to experience the new restaurant. I listened to David’s podcast about the stresses of opening this restaurant. Sadly, it was a HUGE fail. We were seated in Siberia which they talked about in the podcast as a horrible space. They were out of the short ribs and other items on the menu. I really wanted to love it but it was truly awful. The food wasn’t great. The service was incredibly slow and Not attentive. Out primary so tress was incredibly nice and sweet but the overall experience was awful. I’m so disappointed. I was really looking forward to it.

One of the best meals I have ever had in my entire life. We went for my birthday and it exceeded any and all expectations I had. Food prepared with love and care, every bit was perfect, a soul-warming meal!

Service was top notch and attentive throughout the meal. The lobster salad, sea bass and rock cod were delicious. Main dishes were cooked and served in their respective pans so they are freshly prepared for the table. Sides rice and creamed spinach complimented the dishes.

A bit dark and dank. Could have had a little better lighting accents.
The menu needed a tutorial. We had lots of questions that were answered leaving us still with doubts.
The smoked prime rib was one of the best I ever tasted, but priced very expensively. The Thai Snapper was also very good.

Ordered the APL short rib and 1.5 hours into the dinner they told us it was no longer available although tables around us who came after our reservation time were getting the dish. They offered us the ribeye instead however it still did not arrive at the table for another 20 minutes of waiting so we decided to leave. Very disappointed

The waitstaff was great. The general manager was completely rude and unprofessional They didn’t have enough seats even with a reservation so they seat you in the “overflow” area - which was ok, but to get there you need to walk through the kitchen with a supervised leader who announces you to all the kitchen staff as you are walking through. Still this part was ok, but they lead you to believe that the restrooms you should use are in the kitchen. Then the manager comes and YELLS at you for not using the correct restroom. He was so rude I wouldn’t go back to this location or recommend it to anyone. The food was good although quite salty. The shared concept is fun and makes the meal affordable for a large group in Vegas.

This restaurant is seriously amazing.....no joke. Butter and caviar (ridiculous) .... truffled French Dip (insanely good) ..... High marks across the board. I WILL be back!!!

Wonderful service. We did not get to eat any of the special items as they were all out but the recommendations were wonderful. Must try the pasta and the French dip! Definitely sharing plates

This was the BEST meal I have EVER had in my life. Not only was the food amazing the staff was out of this world. Just an incredible dining experience over all. I really can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed the entire evening. Thank you to the whole staff.

3rd week open, and I can say great menu, concept, ambiance. Good unique cocktails. Great family style concept. Short ribs are unique and very different than the Momofuku offering. Raw dishes were excellent. Excellent job of translating the LA concept to casino.
