First time visit and won’t be the last! Perfect from start to finish! From being greeted on arrival, care extended by Rob, a table visit from Kate and INCREDIBLE FOOD (and we tried a full variety), this was an amazing experience. I highly recommend Mauricio’s!

My second time at Maurizio’s and certainly not my last. Can’t wait to go again on our next trip back to Halifax. Big shout out to Sarah and the staff. Thank-you for the hospitality!

Great menu. Halibut and tuna entrees are fantastic. Drinks seem to be a bit skimpy. Service is prompt and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

We loved everything about our visit last night. Service was incredible. Rob and Charlotte treated us so well. Atmosphere was excellent, it felt like the coolest spot in town! We all enjoyed our food very much. (The butter and the spritzes were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) Already looking forward to next time.

We had a wonderful dinner. Two of the three couples was their first visit. We will definitely be returning for another delicious dinner. The drink, food, sharing dinner with our friends was top of the line. The service and our server Kelly is/was top notch. We enjoyed our evening out immensely from start to finish. Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you very much 🤗

We had a delicious meal at the new Maurizio’s. The lasagna was outstanding as was the calamari and tiramisu. We had a drink at the bar before being seated and had a few of their ‘bar bites’, which were delicious. The former Da Maurizio’s was our favourite restaurant, and we are pleased that the newly renovated Maurizio’s is just as great.

The food was delicious. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is nice with low music playing in the background.

Unfortunately our service was not very good, and the carbonara was overcooked and so salty that it was inedible. I’d maybe go back for cocktails since the venue is nice and the cocktails were good.

Seasoning of dishes was just did so. Too much paprika and sharp flavours in a number of dishes. Warm radicchio salad was not warm and had so much vinegar that it was inedible. Sent it back and the difference between the first and the second salad were like night and day. Overall an ok experience but am not rushing back.
