Max Fish has been offering high-quality seafood, drinks, and service for over 15 years. Since opening in Glastonbury in 2007, we have been committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and focusing on offering fresh and sustainable seafood dishes on our menu. We also offer a Happy Hour 7 days a week starting at 3:30. There are No Reservations for Happy Hour, its all first come, first serve.

Max Fish is always a great place to eat with great food and decent service. Our only critique is that we couldn't hear each other's conversations well and had to repeat a lot to each other because of the noise level in the casual dining room area. I guess that's pretty standard for a popular restaurant but that's why that part gets four stars instead of five.

You pretty much know that if you walk into any Max group Restaurant you are going to get the best. Their service and food quality are always spot on. Max Fish is truly unique because like the name implies, if you want sea food, fresh fish, etc, that's the spot where you won't have a hard time picking a selection !

I’ve been to Max Fish many times for business and pleasure. I find the food to be on par with other restaurants of similar quality but at a slightly higher price point, but I know that going in This was a business lunch for myself and a top client. We started with the Buffalo Shrimp, which was amazing as always. For our entrees, my guest had the Fish & Chips and he stated it was excellent. I had the Blackened Fish Tacos. They came out and the presentation looked wonderful but when I tried to eat them, I literally couldn’t chew through the fish! One side of the fish was so tough and rubbery that I actually struggled to cut through with a knife. Granted it was a butter knife, but as someone with a strong culinary background, I shouldn’t have struggled to cut through a piece of boneless fish.

Consistently amazing food and great service! Thanks Joey, Chris, and Dep!!!! Y’all always make us smile! Also a shout out to the host for last evening. She was amazing and put us at ease for being late due to unforeseen major traffic. Thanks always to the Chefs and all of those that work with them. From the rolls and yummy butter, to everything we’ve tried y’all outdo yourselves. Just a mention the peach crostata(hope I spelled that correctly) was amazing. I hope to see it again:) I bet it would be delicious in the fall with apples or pumpkin too. This restaurant is always very clean and the staff never stop moving picking up used dishes. You can tell that the majority of staff love working here and management does a great job at training because it is always a seamless experience.
