I went on a Tuesday night thinking it would be a pleasant outing/date night. It was not crowded yet the service was terrible. I waited over 40 minutes for a hookah and the food that I ordered. The only thing that was good was the drinks and they did not offer to fix the situation. Just a simple "I'm sorry".

I am visiting New Orleans from Dallas for my birthday. I made reservations for me and my sisters we got there. Only two people were there. It was dead just not the vibe that I saw on Instagram so that’s why my review was so poor. I really don’t know about the food. We didn’t eat anything we ended up leaving. The vibe in there looks really nice. It’s just it was dead. I don’t know maybe because it was a Thursday.

Reserved a table for 7, was shown a private room that was dirty, so I said no. Was then seated at a table for 4 and told once 5 or more arrive thru would put them at the table to the left of us which was technically in a different room, but closer enough that we could shout to each other (not so cute right). I showed up first to ensure everything was good to go with the reservation, but it didn't help. About 15 minutes later, 3 other people showed up, then another, then 2 more. But the time the sixth person arrived, I was offered the room again. It was cleaned so we took it. It took 45+ minutes and two visits to the bar from my sister for us to get our order ... a simple order of fries and it was not the fries we ordered! She ordered plain salted fries, literally said no garlic, no parm and got it anyway. It took too long to get drinks once ordered. And having to order cocktails at the bar instead of at the table is asinine in every way possible. I was told we could order shots at the table, but had to get up and stand in line at the bar to order a cocktail. The only reason I'm giving them a two stars review instead of a one is due to the DJ, and the hostess (Sia). $182 wasted. I will not make the same mistake again. Thank goodness we were able to get a hookah at a professional lounge whose service team were fast, accurate, and attentive although they had a very large crowd.

10/10. The wings were great, the drinks were good, the vibes were there. This was our second time going and it was a great experience both times.

a day ago New The atmosphere was lovely. The only available food was wings; no fries or sides were offered. Service was poor, with no table service and only one bartender playing music from her iPad, which kept stopping. I had reserved a table for 10, but once I learned some menu items were unavailable, I told my other guests not to come. This was my second visit, and again, no menu items were available. I only came this time hoping for improvement, but there won’t be a third visit.
