    It’s lost its luster quite a bit. The service, food, ambiance used to feel like you stepped into a nice restaurant. Now it feels like Applebees. Server was sloppy looking and brought the wrong food 3 times. Our table had chocolate smeared on the side that we had to clean up. And the food we ordered for two could have fed 4. Portion sizes have doubled since our last visit. We were one of only two reservations in the restaurant and front of house staff sat at the bar on their phones. It used to be so much nicer and with character.

    Went for the experience for my son's birthday as he had been wanting to try fondue. Make sure you go hungry for the 4 courses! It was fun for a family celebration!

    The menu is a little confusing if you have an odd number of people in your party. The whole fondue experience is a lot of fun and definitely keeps the conversation going. The chocolate fondue was wonderful but could have used a few more items to dip. We really enjoyed the cheese fondue as well. We did skip the salad course and just stuck to the fondue items. Overall a good experience.

    Me and boyfriend came here for my 22nd birthday and it was amazing, our server was super friendly and welcoming, all the staff were super kind as well. I definitely recommend coming here, I will definitely be coming back again to get a full experience on their house options to know how they started and got so far with all their dishes.
