El servicio excelente, desde la recepción hasta el pago de la cuenta. La comida muy rica. El único problema es que no tenían croissants ni ningún otro pan dulce, y que el proveedor no llegó ese día. Deberían tener un plan de contingencia, pero por lo demás, excelente.

La verdad yo pensé que los osos polares iban a estar mejor la música de los osos no se escuchaba estábamos al final de la mesa y solo se veía movimiento pero no se escuchaban las canciones pensé que iba estar mejor el ambiente navideño

Located in downtown Dallas, right next to the peaceful and charming Saint Ann Court, the restaurant offers complimentary valet parking in front, which made the visit especially convenient. We started with the Bread Basket ($24), which included a croissant, cinnamon roll, muffin, and a lightly sweet cronut-style pastry. At about $6 each, they may seem pricey at first, but every item was generously sized. Sharing each pastry between two people was more than enough, and we actually ended up taking two of them home. The Fruit Plate ($12) was absolutely worth ordering. The pineapple, honeydew, and other fruits were all perfectly ripe. Their sweetness, flavor, and texture were spot on and arguably some of the best-tasting fruit I've had at a restaurant. My husband ordered his favorite, the French Dip, while I chose the Niçoise Salad. The salad was very well executed. The dressing coated the greens evenly without overwhelming them, and the large chunks of tuna sashimi were lightly seared on the surface, creating a delicious smoky aroma and satisfying texture. The white anchovies added a pleasant acidity that elevated the dish. My only criticism is that the potato portion was rather small, making the overall composition feel slightly unbalanced. As for the atmosphere, we were seated toward the back of the dining room by a window with a large vintage-style mirror. The location was pleasantly removed from the family groups and larger parties, offering a quieter dining experience. However, the ornate mirror frame looked as though it had not been cleaned for some time, with visible accumulations of dust. It was distracting enough that I found myself worried about dust falling onto our food. To the restaurant's credit, a staff member promptly came over and cleaned it when we pointed it out. Despite that issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our brunch experience. The food quality was excellent, and I would love to return in the future to try their dinner service.

I’ve had only good experiences here prior to a birthday brunch on Sunday 10/25. I’d been talking up the quiche to my group and 4 of us ordered it . It came out slightly warm on the outside and COLD almost frozen . All 4 needed to be sent back . They reheated them and then placed them on the wrong plates (2 had bites take me pot of them and those were put on the wrong plates - obvious because of the sides that accompanied each) to re-serve them to us . The rest of the group finished their breakfast while we waited for the reheat. When they came back out they were warm (and now slightly dry from being reheated ), however still not hot . We didn’t say anything more because it took 20 min to reheat the meals the first time . It was just really , really disappointing. They were vey apologetic. They took ONE off the bill. Seems like more should have been done . We don’t isn’t raise any issues but it was below standards . It felt like the food was frozen and not fresh.

Our experience was perfection! There was a wedding party next door, beautiful! Service was so excellent, I have Celiac, and they even made me gluten free fried potatoes! Heaven. Great romantic date night spot!
