Celebrate the culture and cuisine of Japan at Mifune. Inspired by legendary Samurai actor Toshiro Mifune, this elegant eatery pays homage to his phenomenal career, with minimalist decor highlighted with huge portraits of the actor in full costume. Mifune honors the actor, as well as centuries of tradition with a menu showcasing the country's bounty, including fresh sushi, sashimi, sukiyaki, beef and vegetable dishes. Fish, meat and vegetables from different regions play starring roles on the Mifune menu, including Kobe Waygu beef cuts hand-selected by the chef. The menu also includes a large drink selection, with sake and cocktails.

和の雰囲気で、落ち着いた照明、板の間で高級感のある店内でした。焼き物もサラダも刺身も大変に美味しく、素材の仕入れも板前さんの仕事も見事でした。お値段は1人一万円くらいです。接待で使うと外さないと思います。

This place used to be good but lost it. Signature dishes sold out (even we were the first guests), wagyu beef that was not - the list goes on. Very disappointing. Today it's a tourist trap far from its former glory. Meifune himself must be rotating in his grave.

Traveling from USA looking for a non fish dinner to experience Tokyo “steak”. This place was great. Cool casual vibe, steak options for all of us ranging from prune cuts to burgers. Fantastic! If you’re looking for a relaxing place, friendly and interesting, this is it. Would definitely recommend. Pricey, but worth the value.

Everything here was excellent! I was looking for a nice place close to where we were staying on vacation and I didn’t want to go anywhere touristy given it was my daughters 10th birthday. Despite the staff speaking minimal English everything was excellent and to my surprise the restaurant had a nice personal birthday cake and candle for my girl ready too. We still talk about how great the food, service and atmosphere were at Mifune!

This is a great little restaurant in roppongi. Fairly surprisingly it was very quiet on a Saturday evening. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was great. The interior is in the traditional Japanese style where you set at floor level and there is a cavity below floor level for your legs. The black sesame dessert was awesome.

会社の接待で利用させていただきました。静かな個室を希望したところ、非常に落ち着いて会話のできる個室でした。しかもお隣は空室にするというご配慮もいただき大変感激しました。料理もお酒も趣向が凝らされ、お客様にもお喜びいただけました。また利用させてください。

内装の雰囲気は出ていましたが、社会人が接待で使う場所ではなかったです。若手社員の仲間内の飲み会とか学生が飲む雰囲気ですが、値段的には（土地柄か？）そんなに安くはない。ターゲットをどこに絞っているのか不明なお店でした。また、七人の侍コースを頼みましたが、すべて大皿で、大皿の上に人数分の小皿を置いてあったりして、コース内容というよりはサービスを手抜きしてる感じが頂けないと思いました。

１７時に入店。ドリンクのファーストオーダーから出てくるまで５分以上もかかりました。事前に２時間以内に料理を全て出すようお願いしておりましたが、催促して、ようやく２時間半。また、こちらの希望する地酒が２品種連続で品切れ。メニューにその旨記載すべきかと。会計時に端数サービスといいながら、カード決済の伝票は元の金額。こういう不手際２回目です。もう利用しません。
