Milano Grill -La Stella- offers an exquisite Italian food experience on the island. Inspired by the finest cuisine of Italy, our chef selects the best choices of meats on the market and the freshest possible seafood to create marvelous menus that will amaze our guests’ taste buds.
Located on the very top of our hotel, the Milano Grill La Stella, meaning “the star” in Italian, was designed to recreate the atmosphere of a dinner under the starry sky of Guam. Details such as the ceiling lights, the twilight-like mood and the direct view over the Pacific Ocean under the starry Guam sky, invites the guest to indulge into a surreal ambiance. To continue their delightful journey, our guests are invited to enjoy cocktails, wines, and whiskeys, in La Cantina, our exclusive bar. Let the stars guide you to a perfect evening.

This is the nicest meal I've had on Guam! Highly (!!) recommend doing the tasting menu. We did 5 courses which was perfect--definitely full and couldn't eat it all. I was even able to sub meat for fish so I didn't miss anything by not doing the six courses (which I definitely couldn't have finished). Loved the extra little bites in the beginning too. The wine is overpriced, but the view is amazing, and the food is so delicious. Waitstaff became less attentive as they got busier, but still a very nice time.

It’s always the best experience at Milano. Everything was great. The food the drinks the service and the quality of food. Only one thing was the creamy spinach was a bit too salty but everything else was great!!!

Presentation of food was top-notch. We each went with 5 course meal. Fettuccine and lobster sale were excellent. Lobster Bisque was very good. Filet was cooked medium rather than requested medium-rare. It was a bit dry. Dessert was good but not something I would order again. Service was good. Definitely a special occasion place.

Just an excellent dinner experience during a recent visit. Food was outstanding. Fantastic flavors with exceptional service. Well thought out ingredients, beautifully plated and served at the appropriate time. Starters included the Yellowfin, Lobster and Italian Wedding Soup. Mouthwatering and just delicious. Fettuccine was perfect with the right balance of cream and truffle. Mushrooms were tender, succulent and savoury to match the salty prosciutto. Mains of Scallops, Beef Filet and Lamb were just perfection. Service was johnny-on-the-spot timely, appropriate and very accommodating. Thank you to our perfect wait staff! Not a complaint but just an observation. When diners leave the table for any reason, servers usually grab their napkin, fold it and place on the back of their chair. Perhaps this is a covid thing as the servers were all wearing masks (is this still necessary now?) anyway. Not an issue whatsoever! Also, would ask that in between courses, the table is cleaned with the scraper or table brush for loose crumbs. Again, not a biggie but this would take the experience at La Stella to the next level. Maybe I have been in too many Michelin resto's but the food, ambience, service here at Tsubaki could possibly be worthy of a Michelin Bib Gourmand mention, no? Small complaint though--Wines by the glass could really use some more choices. Nothing but the mass produced stuff available. Yawn. Also, the iPad is cute for the "tech bros" but its really a tad annoying to have to deep dive through menus of continent, then country, then color, varietal etc just to find a matching white, red or rose to pair with my course. Printed out menus aka old school would be preferred, simple and appreciated. With all that boring prose being said, will definitely return soon.

This was our first experience at the Milano Grill and overall, it was really nice. The best thing about the restaurant is the service. There was never a moment where my glass was empty of water...or wine. Servers knew when to come by and interact with us and when to come by without our noticing. The service was impeccable. The next best thing was the view! Located at the 27th floor of the Tsubaki Tower, The view of Tumon on the water was beautiful. The only improvement could be that the restaurant may want to offer lunch to maximize the floor to ceiling windows and views in daylight. We ordered ala carte which I appreciated being able to choose a few items. The food was beautifully set and tasted good. Room for improvement -ask for the soup be be served hot (mine was luke warm). I had the salmon entree which had a hollandaise sauce which tasted a little too much like just mayonnaise. I loved that the kitchen had finadeni which is a must for me!!

great ambiance. beautiful view! staff amazingly warm and attentive. would humbly suggest better attention to timing of plating to ensure diners are start and finish eating together. also, some items in the dinner were extraordinary and some were just okay. pasta was delicious, tuna and scallop appetizer was great too. will come back to try some other things on the menu

Celebrated Father’s Day a week after to avoid crowd. We were seated at the best ocean view to witness the sunset. All the food we ordered were beyond expectations. This is our second time and it gets better every time. I tried the Hokkaido scallops, perfectly cooked and delicious. Hubby ordered the ribeye steak like last time because he really enjoyed his meal from our last visit. We had the Milano ceasar salad and lobster appetizer which were perfect. Angela & Crizzalyn are awesome servers. They provided exemplary service from refilling our favorite milk bread to our infused drinks. There was complimentary Father’s Day cake, too! Gilbert offered to take our pictures to catch the sunset. Jen, the manager was there to welcome us and made sure that we were provided with what we needed to enjoy our dinner. We couldn’t wait for another special occasion to be there. Thank you for the palatable food and incomparable service.

We thoroughly Enjoyed our course dinner for our wedding anniversary. We were there from 6:30 pm to 9 pm. Not a sense of feeling rushed. Excellent timing of each course. Ambience is excellent for an intimate celebration. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Customer service was best I’ve ever had so far! Thank you for making this a memorable experience!

If you have a special event you want to celebrate or just want the experience of fine dining on Guam, the Milano Grill takes you to a mini foodie getaway. The view is spectacular and the ambiance was very nice. Service was superb and quality of the food was more than excellent.

We both had the 5 course Chefs Special. Was worried it would be too much food. portions were perfect for complete meal. Each course was unique and quality of food and taste excellent. Presentation was the finest I have experienced. Service was excellant.
