We have been coming here for the past 5-6 years through their ups and downs (lost liquor license at one point). We loved the taste of the food and the unique flavors. However, things have really changed and the food is not what it used to be. The prices have gone up and the servings are slightly smaller. Disappointing. The menu changed and is now even more limited.

This was our first time here. The staff was friendly, the food was good and had nice heat to it, which we liked. The big let down was my meal, I ordered a meal with bone in chicken, which was fine. The problem was the chicken was full of gristle and there were little pieces bone though out the dish. I have had to be careful when I chewed so as not to break a tooth. That one aspect will keep us from returning.

Simply put: Delicious! Food was flavorful with customizable spice options and flexibility with 2 small kids. We ate outside but sat under a speaker, which in hindsight we would not do again because the music was right in our ear making it hard for us to talk and hear the waitstaff. But that was our fault/choice, not Mirchi's! Inside the space is beautiful and looks comfortable. We definitely plan to go back! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much, Somer, for the wonderful 5-star review and for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the flavorful food, the customizable spice options, and the flexibility for your family, especially with your little ones. We’re also glad you found the space beautiful and comfortable, and we truly appreciate your kind recommendation. We’re sorry the music placement outside made conversation a bit difficult, but we’re happy to hear it was just a seating preference and not an issue with the service itself. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon for another great experience.

The food was really fantastic. The four of us ordered all kinds of dishes and each one was superb. My only issue was that I had to flag the server multiple times for basic needs, like removal of dishes and drink refills, and they were not very busy. Also didn't like that my wife ordered a mango lassi and they served it in a prepackaged plastic bottle and a straw. How about taking the extra step of pouring it in a glass first? Felt like a shortcut to me. They also put our appetizers and entrees in at the same time, so we had barely gotten through our apps and the entres showed up. A properly trained server would have held back sending the entres to the chef until we were well into our apps. They just didn't give the impression that they knew what to do. That aside, the food was the best we've had in years. Definitely going back.

Thank you, Jeff, for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for your kind words about the food. We’re very glad to hear that you and your group enjoyed the dishes, and it means a lot to know it was one of the best meals you’ve had in years. We’re truly sorry that the service and pacing of the meal did not meet your expectations. Your comments about attentiveness, the mango lassi presentation, and the timing of the appetizers and entrees are all noted, and we will review this with our team to help improve the overall dining experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope to provide a much smoother experience on your next visit.
