For those craving more than just ramen, you too have come to the right place. Start off the meal with an exclusive appetizer, ranging from Momosan’s take on salmon or tuna poke, pork gyoza to pork belly skewers to the surf and turf maki. Pair your appetizers and noodles with one of 20+ sake options, eight of which are Morimoto signature sakes, served by the glass, carafe, and/or bottle. Choose between 3 draught and 3 bottled beers. We really want to enjoy Momosan Seattle but I think we hit it on an off night. Apparently two chefs resigned the day before, and nobody was there to do any kind of sushi dishes. It appeared they were also shortstaffed. They did the best they could under the circumstances, however. We had a party of seven and had a variety of dishes. The edamame, karaage and gyoza was good. Tonkotsu ramen yummy but not piping hot when delivered, in fact, the ramen (onsen) egg in the ramen was cold. The tan tan was just not good. It was salty and seemed to be over cooked. Again, we understand if they were under staffed, but the tan tan was just not good - inedible. Pretty disappointing. I hope they figure out the staffing issues.

Greeted after 5 minutes.Loud music, no sushi available, uncomfortable chairs to sit on, bill presented when we still enjoying our main course. Maybe we like to have a after dinner drink? Table was unstable. Guests without reservations were refused but the restaurant was almost empty. Not really a welcome feeling.

The Tan Tan ramen was delicious with a rich broth and delectable toppings. The beef carpaccio had good flavor. The sticky ribs were....sticky...but also crispy, and tender. Service was attentive and thorough. Would go back again!

On a not very busy Friday night, our table of six was seated and then ignored for half an hour, and then told the kitchen was closing. We did eventually get dinner, which was very good, but no.

I’ve been to momosan once and it was amazing! I was looking for a restaurant me and my friends could reserve before the Beyoncé concert and bonus, happy hour from 5-7p. Booked a table for 6pm for 6 people. On the day of the reservation, I needed to adjust seating by adding 1 more but the restaurant wasn’t open until 4:30p so I messaged OpenTable and they were able to adjust the reservation (yay!). Traffic was a mess so I called to inform momosan that we would be a little late and asked how long they would hold the reservation, they said 20 mins and thankfully some of our party made it in time to get the reservation. We were sat at the patio which was great, had fresh air and plenty of space for the 7 of us by 6:20p. Our server provided us water and glasses and we gave our order for drinks and food as soon as possible (by 6:35p). We waited for some time before the drinks came (almost 7p), but only half the group were served drinks, our waiter had another drink and thought it was for us but it was not. He said he would check on the other drinks but he never came back to deliver them. By 7:10p another gentlemen delivered an order of edamame and said the rest should be coming out shortly. By 7:15ish, we noticed our server was opening up a bottle of champagne for another table (who arrived after us) and we asked him he could provide an estimate for the food to which he responded 15 minutes (which would give us less than 30 mins to eat and get to the concert after the start time of 8pm) so we asked if we could just cancel the food and get the check. It was almost 7:30p and we were still waiting for the check and one of my friends spoke another staff member (since she could not find our server) and was told “just to leave” so we did. We knew it was concert day so we were understanding if things would take longer but there was just no communication from our server which left us feeling ignored and hungry.

Food was overpriced and quality was subpar. Did not even eat half of it or take the leftovers. We made server aware and no compensation was offered.

It was absolutely the best ramen I’ve ever had. I loved it so much I was dreaming about it for days. I wish I could swim in a giant bowl of one of their signature ramen dishes

The service was amazingly attentive! Unfortunately, the food was barely okay. My dining partner seemed to like her entree a bit better (a hot bowl of some type, cooked tableside). My soft shell crab roll was pretty flavorless. The two-top tables are undersized and the stools very uncomfortable. The restaurant is difficult to find. The entrance doesn't face 5th Ave.; you have to cut through a parking lot/alley and go behind the street frontage.

We went to Momosan before the Ed Sheeran concert, our server was so sweet, but she was definitely very busy. The food was amazing, but I think the restaurant was understaffed for such a busy Saturday night.

Great food and loved the music they were playing! 90’s R&B!!! Took me back to school dances! The table was a little too high for my two year old to eat in the high chair, but other than that, I have no complaints! We loved the food and service was great!

Service was terrible. Drinks took forever. Like almost 30min for a gin and tonic. People who ordered drinks and food after us got their orders before us. We had 8 people so tip as included and nothing was comped for the long wait times despite being some of the only people in the restaurant especially at the start. We had an early reservation at 4pm before a concert. Food was delicious so that was the only saving grace.

wonderful experience,food was delicious but the best part of everything was: My waiter! He was amazing, very helpful great suggestions, he really knows every single item of the menu. He made it so much better. I’m coming back next time I’m in Seattle.

The ramen was very good, but, alas it is just ramen even if it is the best in town. However, the side dishes ribs, chicken, and bao were exceptional. Next time, we will skip the ramen and dig deeper into the menu - there are lots of dishes to try. If the duck fat French fries are as good as I've had in the past you might find yourself going to Momosan just for a fries snack. Next time for sure.

Extremely loud and the bar service is terrible. 15 minute wait to get a beer kind of bad. Ramen is good and some of their appetizers are good. Skip the carpaccio which is served in oil.

My husband and I went just before dinner time on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and the gentleman that delivered our ramen to the table was incredibly helpful with the seasonings and oils on the table. He explained which ones would enhance our meal in the best ways. My husband isn't a ramen enthusiast like myself but he thoroughly enjoyed it. Even the soft boiled egg that came with it. He has issues with the texture but he couldn't get over how creamy the egg was. I loved all of it! and if my husband liked it as well that tells me its got to be good! We will definitely be back!

Server knew the menu and was helpful. Food came out quickly, appreciated as we were headed to a Sounders game. Good variety on menu except limited wine offerings. Two of us shared several appetizers. Popcorn shrimp was very good. Brussels sprouts good. Gyoza very good. Crab bao good. Duck fat fries good. Fried chicken so so, needed more sauce, it was dry. Rice and ramen dishes good, substantial, with nice variety in the bowls. Sat in back room, less noise.

The gyoza rolls and spicy tuna sushi rolls were delicious. But the ramen bowls had no depth of flavors. Ramen bowls provided a good meal with plenty of noodles, a little meat and some broth-not too salty & no other discernable flavors either in the chicken or pork bowls. Busy due to timing prior to games at Lumen & T mobile, so the servers were challenged to get to all tables quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. I would return for sushi & appetizers!

Truly THE BEST ramen in Seattle for the value. Frankly, I've had bowls of $25+ ramen that can't hold a candle to this magical spot's $17 bowls of heaven. The more luxurious toppings and add ons can bring up the price but trust me it's worth it. Don't skip the sides or sake either. The kochujang popcorn shrimp were a life changer. And if you haven't tried historically accurate French fries AKA duck fat friend the way they do it here at Momosan Seattle, it's a MUST. The biggest challenge was not eating them too quickly as they arrive piping hot from the fryer. Wonderful date night with excellent portions and atmosphere. If you have a larger behind however, their chairs are a bit small. Otherwise, a phenomenal spot.

First and most important: order the sticky ribs. Order several orders of them. The are totally worth the whole visit. One of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. The Brussell sprouts were also very good. The ramen was ok, the bulgogi was good. I think next time I'll just do appetizers. And, be sure you are able to sit on their very uncomfortable small stools for the whole meal. Truly not great. How about getting some chairs????

Unfortunately, not the best experience for us. Our waitress was incredible but the other staff were so stressed and visibly agitated. A stressful encounter and the food was by no means bad! But nothing to write home about either.

Family member visiting, and he’s a foodie as well. The food was as awesome as we expected, and we’ll be back. The service could not have been more attentive, including servers going out of their way to enunciate since I have to read lips. I down rated for the ambience and noise level because I had to really dampen the noise level on my hearing aids. Like many ultra modern restaurants, this one has urban decor with nothing for sound deadening. It was visually stunning but completely removed my sense of hearing, which is limited in any case. This is not a complaint but actually a warning to others who are hearing deprived to prepare for what’s coming. Still and nevertheless, it was one of the best meals of our lives. We’ll worth my inconvenience!

The restaurant was fine, service was ok, there was an issue with every part of the order. Ramen was super garlicky tan tan noodles were petty sweet. Given that this is an iron chef restaurant it was overall disappointing
