The session begins with a two-and-a-half-hour hands-on baking experience where you'll help to make an impressive buche de Noel, build a towering French croquembouche, and construct a traditional Sicilian struffoli wreath. You'll also participate in making Lebanese maamoul, Sicilian cuccidati, German Lebkuchen, Dutch spekulaas, and Italian pepper cookies. Then retire to Mondano's private dining room for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a three-course wine-paired meal celebrating the flavors of the season.

You'll make Beef Stroganoff, Italian Braciole, and Moroccan Chicken Tagine--and in the process you'll discover how to make comforting dishes using whatever proteins, vegetables, herbs, and cooking liquids you have available, all using your crock pot, Instant pot, Dutch oven, or tagine. Then, retire to Mondano's private dining room for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a three-course wine-paired meal featuring the dishes you helped prepare.
