Morton's was easy to schedule a reservation online and able to accomodate our party. The staff was extremly inviting and polite, working together to make our experiance the best. This is my second time at this location and third time at a Morton's every time the food and staff went above and beyond to serve us. Thank you Taylor for your for doing an amazing job serving our party! We enjoyed getting to know a little about you and why you love being a part of Mortin's.

The soup was cold, steak was decent, lobster mac and cheese was not good. The onion bread was not as good as it used to be. It was very dry. There are better options at this price point.

I made early reservations at 4:45 so we could easily make the 630 show we had tickets for. We arrived at 445 and were seated and placed our orders. We finally got our entrees at 610. My lamb chops were too tough to eat, and we all had to scarf down our meal. I had to order dessert when we ordered our food because it takes time to bake. We all just quickly took a bite as we rushed out the door but of course were charged for it anyway. I don’t understand the delay in getting our food or the poor quality. I have not had this experience at Morton’s in the past. $390 for our table of 4 and a miserable rushed meal. Ruined our evening which was supposed to be a wedding gift to the couple we brought. It was their first time to Morton’s and very disappointing.

We are Morton’s truthers and believe it’s one of the best steakhouses in Louisville and we consistently share that with friends. We recently took some friends who had never been and unfortunately the service was WAY below standard. Not sure if our server was new, we had never had her before, but everything took longer than usual and our steaks also came out cooked incorrectly. It was especially disappointing given this was the first experience for our friends. Hopefully it was a one time occurrence because we do think this is a hidden gem of Louisville.
