Busy nights in the region with the annual influx of tourists for the fall colors. The place was packed. Our reservation was honored on time. We placed drink and calamari appetizer orders right away. Drinks came in 10 minutes. Calamari about ten minutes later and we placed our entree orders. They didn't show up for over one hour. We did enjoy the smoked flank steak and Rigatoni alla vodka with chicken. Wines by the glass were $14 and $16. Even worse, a couple with two little girls around 6 to 8 placed their orders before us (mac and cheese, burgers for the kids) and it arrived even later. Another group in the back corner suffered a similar fate. Management must not have staffed properly for this busy night.

Have eaten here a few times in the past. Ordered two of the steaks , but were incredibly small and over cooked. Great service but there’s better places for a good steak than here.

Online this looked very pub like. Once there we discovered it was a pub but sitting in the corner we didn't get the feeling of the place. The food was adequate, service was good but not very good. Highly doubtful we would return/

We usually enjoy Murphy's--comfortable place, decent food, you can hear people talk. Last night was something of a disappointment. We were a party of 6, I was introducing friends to Murphy's. Three of us had the brisket special (brisket with beer). Others had other things--fish and chips, buddha bowl. Those of us with brisket special were disappointed. Portion was small, the brisket was mushy, not really sliced like we would expect. The corn on the cob was tiny and tasteless--especially notable during the middle of corn season. The chicken on buddha bowl was dry. Afterwards, we went for ice cream because people not really satisfied with the meal. Too bad.

Donovan our server was great and best part of the evening. Fish and chips were solid. Steak was mediocre and over cooked but was fine to eat. Would go there again as it had a nice atmosphere/vibe
