We had a great time at Nirvana. The food was good and the service was top notch. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the mandatory 20% gratuity. We were told that it was company policy which was fine, but why wait til the end of service. The waiter could have mentioned this at the beginning of service or listed it maybe on the menu. The company should just raise the pay of their employees and not worry about tipping all together. Also to have written on the ticket that a party of two is considered a large party is kind of outrageous.

Excellent Service and good food. Lounge can be changed to accommodate more lounge like sofa and dimmer lights. It's more of restaurant style than a lounge

Staff is very friendly. Top notch service. Food can get better. Not bad but also not great for the prices. Salt content in soups and sauces can be reduced. Way too much salt. Pricing can be better to attract repeat customers. All business do great when they are new because everyone wants to try it the first time. It’s the repeat customers that keeps a business alive in the long run. At this moment, I’m not a repeat customer. But if things improve, I would give it a try. Once again, staff is excellent. Very friendly, always checking on customers if they were doing ok. Appreciate the warm service.

Get a better DJ for the Bollywood night. You don’t play such music when you calling folks to a lounge.
