The ramen was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was just as impressive—warm, inviting, and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a meal and unwind. Everything came together for a wonderful dining experience. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and would happily visit again!

Love the food and cocktails. It was very dark and noisy and the smell from the cigar bar next door was unpleasant.

For some reason service was slow. The food was good and we enjoyed catching up with friends. The cigar shop next door unfortunately vented into the restaurant and triggered a mild allergy. Noble House has done what they can to mitigate this and this problem was not an issue the first time we ate there. We would go again as the food is unique

When we first walked in, we were hit with the smell of tobacco smoke. There’s a cigar bar adjacent and the smell absolutely comes in. There’s no smoke but the odor lingers. We had a reservation and were sat promptly. That’s the last time we had prompt service. No one came to our table to welcome us, fill our empty water glasses, or take a drink order for 10ish minutes. I was running the marathon the next day and opted for soda water. Husband got a lemonade in solidarity. They were never refilled or another beverage offered. We ordered the edamame to start. It was tasty! I would recommend it. Husband ordered the lemon ginger ramen with chicken. I ordered the shoyu ramen with chicken. We didn’t actually receive the ramen until we had been sitting for 50 minutes. The ramen was…fine. I honestly could make something similar at home and have had better in many cities. The broths were greasy and very thick feeling. The chicken was great and the egg appropriately jammy. Those get an A. We were checked on once early in the meal. When we finished, we sat with empty bowls and water glasses. And sat. And sat. The server offered dessert, which we declined. She didn’t offer the check. She didn’t remove the bowls. We sat for another 10 minutes before she offered the check and took our bowls. Overall, we were at the restaurant for 90 minutes for two bowls of ramen and empty water glasses. It cost about $80 with tip for two ramen with an add on each, an edamame appetizer, and two soft drinks. Servers need more training. Ramen needs more delicacy. Restaurant needs air filters. I wouldn’t eat here again.

the food tasted very authentic and real. It wasn't over americanized and was delicious! we got drinks that were great, the ramen was amazing and the dessert was very different but delicious as well

The servers were very knowledgeable and were able to walk us first timers through the menu and make recommendations. Atmosphere was relaxed and we enjoyed both the food and experience and we will definitely go back. The spring rolls alone were worth the visit. The only negative is around their wine. They have 2 wines available. The menu lists red wine and white wine. No idea what varietal. I asked for white, and was told it was a chardonnay. Apparently mine was the only glass available. With my pour, they ran completely out of the white wine. That speaks to either inattention or poor inventory management. In any event, not enough to put me off of the restaurant, as the food is quite good.

I was greeted by the owner upon arrival. I was seated and served by Julia, who was very personable and attentive throughout my visit. The Shoyu Ramen was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was great, the lighting and the music were perfect as well. I cannot recommend Noble Ramen House enough. The level of care put into making the food combined with the experience provided by the staff explains why I find myself dining there weekly, and strongly suggest that everyone else does too 😀

They had me at fresh noodles! Creative and delicious food. The kim chee bao was amazing, meat was great, bao was excellent, and everything worked better than expected. The black tonkotsu was one of the best bowls of ramen I have ever eaten; the noodles were fantastic (and plentiful), the pork and other ingredients balanced well with the wonderful broth. Very nice space, great staff, and very good value. Highly recommend.

Everything was so fresh and delicious. The pineapple margarita is the best margarita I've ever had. Our server was helpful and friendly.
