Set in the scenic Ojo Caliente River Valley overlooking the majestic Jemez Mountains is Chef-owner Graham Dodds’ serene NOSA Restaurant & Inn. NOSA is an old Spanish word for “ours” which speaks to the communal nature of a place to gather, dine, and rest.

Our menu evolves with the season and the availability of local ingredients. We offer a luxurious five-course prix-fixe meal with optional wine pairing that allows for time to enjoy the food and stunning views of Northern New Mexico. Reservations required. We also host private events for 6-60 people.

NOSA is also a place for rest and retreat. We have 2 King Suites and 2 Queen Suites, all posted on Airbnb. We offer breakfast and room service upon request for our guests.

    Everything about our brunch was outstanding. The food and wine pairings were lovely and the atmosphere was quiet...music at a low level; very pretty paintings; well spaced tables. Service was terrific.

    NOSA is simply the best. Graham and crew take extremely good care in all facets of running a great restaurant. Food, service and atmosphere which is drop dead gorgeous. It is a privilege to eat there and we feel that every time we eat there

    Delicious set menu. Not as adventurous as previous menus I had seen there, but excellent none-the-less. The celery root miso chowder with crispy lentils was the standout. Everything was fresh, elegantly prepared and plated. Service was having an off night; some of our courses weren't timed the same as everyone else's, and we got off to a slow start.

    It was a beautiful day and a beautiful brunch. Enjoyed the wine pairing with each course. Service was impeccable. Only issue is the noise level in a small space.

    We celebrated my husbands birthday last night. We actually stayed at the Inn and walked across the patio to dinner.It was such a good idea. People dressed nicely for this beautiful dinner and place. It was sunny at 6:30 but it was much nicer as the sun went down. We started with a delicious pate with hot bread and pickled vegetables. Salad with fresh watercress,blue cheese and walnuts followed by. The soup was a fennel/ leek bisque . It was incredible . Our bavette steak and miso vegetables were perfect . Dessert was a crème caramel and cookie. Wonderful meal ! Great atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
