Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

My husband and I didn’t know what to expect upon entering the establishment because we’d called ahead a few hours prior to make reservations but we were hung up on. So I made reservations via Open table. We got there 15 minutes before our reservation and were seated exactly 15 minutes later. We loved our cozy booth. There was a birthday party going on that was a bit loud from time to time but other than that it was quiet. The food was amazing! Our waitress, Cassie was the best! She took great care of us during our dinner along with everyone else and she kept great energy in the process. The food is pricy but it’s well worth it. Great place for special occasions. We will visit again!

My reservations were for 8pm we didn’t get seated till about 8:45 it took us almost 1 1/2 before we got our appetizers. Food took about 2 hours. The food was excellent but that was a long time to wait.

Service was slow. I uncorked our bottle of sparkling after waiting on the server. We waited forever for bread and had to remind for the olive oil, salt and pepper. King crab legs came out cold and had to be sent back. Lobster Mac and cheese was excellent. Table was not cleared before coffee was served. Coffee with baileys was Luke warm with a glob of ice cold cream with on top. It was a hot mess for an anniversary dinner and we will not recommend Oceanaire.

Calamari was underwhelming, but the lobster fried rice was pretty good.

Our waiter seemed a bit all over the place. Had to ask multiple time for simple things (e.g., napkins, remove finished plated from the table, etc.). It was my sister’s birthday, when the check arrived it say there was a bday dessert but we never received it which was kind of a bummer as she was visiting from out of town. I know times are a little tougher but we were super patient. Customer service just seemed to be lacking.

The food was excellent, but the service was exceedingly slow. The manager tried to make up for the lack of service and very kind and solicitous. However, we still ended up waiting over an hour for food. That kind of delay should have merited an discounted bill.

Long wait with reservation.. crowded.. poor service... food was not good

Reservation was for 8:45pm and We had to wait until 9:40 to be seated. The waitress made a mistake on my entree and after being told about it two times, she finally brought the correct sides out for the meal 30 minutes later. At this time I was already finished with my entree. The coffee came out cold. There was no social distancing in place. It was an overall bad experience. The food did come out warm and it was prepared well.

Not what you would expect from this restaurant.

I was extremely disappointed with Oceannaire. I have been there many times and always had a good meal & experience but this past Saturday was not good at all. They were not following coronavirus protocols. The restaurant was packed, every table was full. They also had huge groups up people waiting in the entrance area because they were running late. In addition, our service was very slow and all of the staff seemed overwhelmed. The food was very good but not worth the price for the service.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate and wanted seafood so decided to try this restaurant! I have to say the food and the service was exceptional! Nowadays it’s hard to find a place with even mediocre service so to say that the service was exceptional is almost unheard of!!!

Everything about Oceanaire was great. From the service to the wine and the food. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fine dining

The food was tremendous! We ordered crabcakes and the lobster macaroni and cheese and it was amazing. I love the location and the privacy of the booth and the lighting! Great time

Had a lovely dining experience with my wife. Atmosphere and décor was excellent. In web site they require business casual dress code, but people are allowed in in t-shirts and baseball caps.

It was absolutely amazing

It was my 60th birthday celebration and they were very accommodating. Treated me and my family extremely well. We had a fabulous and fun time.

I really feel that the special chilean sea bass with crab was overpriced at $60. The Tuna portion was way too small for price.

I went to Capital Grille the next day and felt much better portion vs. price.

I love this place. First time going but I already know I will be going back really soon. The crab cakes were probably the best I've ever had. 0 to no filling. It was mind blowing. We went for my best friends birthday and they gave us our own section. It was super lit. Real baller status.

Amazing atmosphere, very classy place. Music was a bit loud for my taste. My wife ordered oysters as an appetizer; they just seemed smaller than usual. None of our food was hot, just warm. The meal she ordered was very salty, and the rice was mooshy. She did not know the lobster was going to be deep fried either, which was a disappointment. My tuna was delicious, but again, warm, not hot. None of the entrees come with sides; sides are purchased separately. Staff was very friendly and professional, but we had to ask a couple times for water. We came on a Monday, and when we left, we were one of three tables. Service may be better on a busy night.

The food was great my waiter was polite and friendly the restaurant was clean and they ambiance was nice. I will definitely be visiting again SOOOON

Very elegant, sexy, awesome service, and the food was spectacular.

We had a great dinner and a very welcome night out. Our fish was prepared perfectly. Everyone in the restaurant was very attentive while operating under COVID precautions.

The experience at Oceannaire was simply amazing. The hostess and staff were great and they provided amazing service. Was celebrating a birthday and the hostess recommended the flaming desert and we were thrilled from presentation. We will definitely be back for other venues! KUDOS!!!!

The best service I ever had . My mom passed last year and my sister, son and I chose this restaurant to celebrate . They made our day . Personal menu for my mom ... explain the food to a T . Food was great . Excellent service from the old guy ( he said to call him that ) We plan to come there every year for my moms bday . Thank you 😉

Our sides came to us after we was done our meal, The manager did come by and apologize and took the cost of the sides off the bill.

By far one of the best restaurants and experiences I’ve ever had! Michael our server was excellent, The food was cooked to perfection, and the ambiance was very smooth and upscale. Will definitely return and refer other guests.
