incredible restaurant, amazing food, incredible value with the all you can eat option, made a pig of myself,,, rated 3 on service as u dont really interact much with the staff as they are very busy when its a full house but they do an amazing job, fast on food delivery to the table can be noisy with a full house, not alot of room between tables so it can feel like your almost apart of another table at times, nothing that bothered me but could bother others, loved it, will be eating here again!!! food was hot, fresh, delicious!!!

Our family dines at Ballarat Okami every 3 or 4 weeks as it is our favourite place to enjoy a quality meal as a family.

we had a booking and left. we arrived at the time of our booking and there was a line going through the entire restaurant to outside. we waited outside for 15 minutes and there was no movement or direction from staff. no one outside knew what was going on. multiple people left. we ultimately left. even if we did end up eventually getting a table, it would have been loud and claustrophobic from the line of people being right next to tables of where people are eating.

Great food as always. Fast service and great variety. Tables were a little close together but overall a great restaurant.

9 out of 10. Only problem was being overcharged! Double check your bill before paying. Booked for 2 adults and 3 Seniors. Charged for 5 adults. Not happy.
