El One2One Restaurant and Bar es el lugar para todos los gustos. One2One has many private dining configurations available. We have a 70 person private dining room; a 15 person semi-private wine room, a large bar/lounge and covered patio as well as the oppotunity to reserve the entire restaurant. One2One also offers off premise catering.

When we arrived for our 1:15pm reservation there was no one in the restaurant. It took a few minutes for anyone to come seat us. We were seated and brought water. There was a private party happening in a closed off area off the dining area. It took a while but a waiter finally came to take our order. 30 minutes later still no food and a waitress came to our table to apologize for the wait and tell us it was going to be longer as they were getting all the food ready for the private party? As mentioned only people in the dining area were our party of 4 so one would think they could squeeze in our order while also filling the private party. At that point we realized this wasn’t going to work out as it appeared they hadn’t even started our order so would probably be another 15 minutes so we left and ate elsewhere. Had they brought over a complimentary appetizer or something while apologizing for the wait we probably would have been fine but they didn’t even offer that. As other reviews stated they’ve struggled for a while. Hope the private party was everything and more as it was clear that was the priority not other diners.

This restaurant has gone way downhill. We have been here several times before and it was great, but this time was awful. There were kids screaming, the food was mediocre at best and there was very few people there for a Saturday night. I don’t think it will be open for much longer at this rate. Very sad...

The food and service is always great here! Not sure why it is so empty? Prices are slightly high, but not outrageous. They really need to do something to get more people in the door. It’s almost uncomfortably empty. Very strange. I hope they make it!

Absolutely awesome food. There weren’t many guests when we arrived, but the food was phenomenal. We will definitely visit here again. Great service, awesome ambiance, and wonderful food.

We used to be regulars at One2One but had not been for awhile. We were disappointed in the change. We went for Sunday brunch. There was no one at the hostess desk or in the cooking area. After waiting over five minutes, one of the customers at the only occupied table went to the kitchen to announce us. The banquette seat at our table was dirty. There was a sconce light out. Everything seemed in need of maintenance. The service was poor, even after asking for extra syrup and tea refills. We waited a long time for our food, which was not as described on the menu. The beignets a la Cafe du Monde were not anything like beignets; they were fried tortilla strips. I ordered the lobster eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce and breakfast potatoes. There was no hollandaise sauce at all. I can't eat spicy food, so I assumed the eggs would be OK, but they were so spicy, I could hardly eat them. My husband's chicken, waffles, and eggs were also spicy. Not matter the menu description, it seemed like everything was Mexican cuisine. We're sorry that one of our favorite restaurants has deteriorated so much.

One2One has a varied menu . The Avocado Fries were a fun and interesting item I've not seen elsewhere. Server was polite, attentive, and accommodating. My poor marks for service come from a sluggish pacing of the meal attributed to the kitchen. Sous-chef needed. I'll return to try some of the other menu items.

This was a horrible experience. Service was slow, and when we were finally served drinks, coffee, and small plates, the dishes were completely dirty. We asked our server for clean dishes and he had told us the dishwasher was broken and the cooks were attempting to hand wash the dishes. Ew. We left before our entrees (which were also taking too long) arrived, and had to pay full price (which was already overpriced) for everything. Moral of the story is, save yourself the trip :)

Service was extremely slow. We ordered an appetizer and ordered 2 more appetizers and it took 20 minutes to bring the second round. The edamame, both kinds (spicy and plain), was drenched in oil. I thought edamame was steamed. Two of us ordered meatloaf sliders and one came with over cooked onion strings and the other had no side. The one good thing is the waiter kept our sofas full. Sadly, we won’t be back.

Super expensive and horrible service. The food was fair. We literally had no server. We had to get our own silverware, no drink refills, plates were not removed from our table. When we were ready to leave we had to go to the hostess to get the bill. We had reservations and they put us outside. Never going back!
