At Osteria Sierra, we're dedicated to recapturing the authentic osteria ambiance while elevating the dining experience. By day, delight in breakfast favorites in our comfortable alpine atmosphere. At night, enjoy a modern take on Northern Italian cuisine. Indulge in freshly made pasta crafted in-house, along with steaks, seafood, and decadent desserts, all complemented by carefully curated wines and cocktails. We proudly use ingredients from the Tahoe Food Hub, which connects restaurants with locally grown and organic ingredients.

    Strongly recommended, the menu is very good, the food is excellent and the service is fantastic. We missed the Lone Eagle restaurant but the food and service is actually better.

    Afternoon tea was fantastic as usual AJ, our waitress who we’ve had many times before is an excellent employee and should be recognized for that. She’s always there asking if there’s anything she could do or get us. She’s a great employee to have. I wish they were all like her.

    Had such a great dinner at Osteria Sierra at the Hyatt in Incline Village last night with three friends. Everything was delicious, from the artichoke appetizer all the way through to the warm chocolate cake for dessert. And the Old Fashioned was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time! The service was spot on, too—friendly, attentive, and never overdone. Just a really enjoyable evening with good friends, great food, and a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be back!

    We received exquisite service from the sommelier and our waiter, for starters. The food was off the charts delicious. We hade the bruschetta and octopus appetizers followed by the homemade linguini pasta and baked eggplant with ricotta. The whole experience was beyond what I had expected. Really top notch. Thank you!!

    Best polpo (octopus) this side of Italy. Wonderful risotto Meatball dish also really good. Mushroom soup was ok. Warm chocolate cake was ok too. We will be back !
