The Overlook features a seasonal internationally influenced full-service menu accompanied by premium spirits, wines and local brews, as well as a rotating selection of signature specialty entrées created by our Executive Chef Thomas Pareso. We are located directly across from the Raleigh Convention Center, Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts and the Red Hat Amphitheater.

Fuimos el 31 de diciembre para tener una buena experiencia , cenando en una terraza en el Downtown.En la reserva dicen que desde ahí se verán las luces y se podrá festejar el año viejo , cuál ??? Si la reserva era a las 9 y a las 10:00 nos dijeron que ya tenían que cerrar . De haber sabido no vamos ahí!!! Eso es engañar al cliente

I had a bit of a hard time finding this place (it’s on the second floor). But the food was great in terms of value. Vivek makes an INCREDIBLE old fashion. The meatloaf is definitely worth a try. Great place.

My husband had the burger with egg and bacon on it and a side of fries. It was delicious! 5 stars I had the salmon with fingerling potatoes and carrots. The salmon was the star of the plate, seared and seasoned perfectly. I subtracted a star, because the carrots and potatoes weren’t fork tender. I think mashed potatoes or rice would have been a better choice as a carb, and green beans or asparagus could have replaced the carrots. The ambience is lovely low lighting, low volume background music, and great service. I would definitely recommend it.

Served cold food and it took 10 mins to get a server (after 2 attempts). When we finally got someone’s attention, the waiter asked me what I wanted to do with it I said I wanted cooked food. The gnocchi was like mashed potatoes because it was supposed to be sautéed.

Overlook was a great choice for a light dinner before a NC symphony evening performance. We got a great table with an outside view. Staff were cheerful and upbeat. Two of us got Salads and one got the meatloaf. Both were attractive and tasty options.

Great location to dine across from Meymendai Concert Hall. Great ambience but server Hunter was the “star of the night”. Great attention to our experience: quick, efficient, & attentive. He didn’t write down our order-that was the “sign” of professionalism right there. Checked on us often & was truthfully taking care of the bar, service, & food delivery. He was exceptional & they have a Burger & Beer special which cannot be beat. The food is excellent.

We went to the 10th floor expecting to be seating outside looking out over the city, but they told us to go to the 2nd floor restaurant which was ok, but not what we were expecting. The website (and open table) should re-evaluate this place and correct the confusing way the place is advertised. We won't go back.

To clarify, Tenth & Terrace is specifically advertised as our rooftop bar located on the 10th floor, while The Overlook is our restaurant located on the second floor.
