We had a great experience at Pacini last night. It was an anniversary celebration with our son and daughter. Sarah was our server and she was outstanding. Appetizers (calamari and cheese dip) were both exceptional, entrees of pizza and pasta were great...hot and flavourful. This is a great location that we have been to many times before. Sarah made it great on this particular visit because of how quickly she managed taking our orders, delivering the food, clearing the table and getting us on our way...outstanding service for sure. We will be back

Great food and super service. The grilled bread bar is a wonderful touch that keeps us coming back for more.

The manager and the server claimed they are not aware of the current promotion and over charged me. No sincere apology, hence will not return again. Food is not hot, pasta is overcooked. The host also told the other guests there is a 30min wait list while they have empty tables available.

Nice atmosphere and good food overall, except the tiramisu dessert which was awful, couldn’t eat and sent it back. Server was very nice, but sometimes lost focus and couldn’t be found close by. Pricey but it was a nice evening overall to celebrate couple BD’s with family. Thank you
