Been to Paesanos on many different occasions and will continue to go. Love the friendly and attentive service provided by all staff and esp from the main man at front of house who usually first greets us.Also, the food is delicious, many varieties to choose from! Always leave the venue highly satisfied.Highly recommended.

The teppanyaki was much loved by my family and the love cooking was a really treat to witness and taste. The restaurant made dining an experience.

I was unhappy to find out after we had been there 15 minutes that there would be an additional charge for seafood ($49 instead of $39). I don't think this is clearly stated in the web site and there were no signages in the restaurant advising this accordingly. The seafood was available with all other food items as per normal.When I went to pay the bill, the young girl was smirking and having a little chuckle to herself and I could not see why there was humour involved. I think it was very rude

Booked online but when we arrived they had no record of our booking. The girl who showed us to our table & explained how things worked was lovely. Paid extra for seafood & couldn't complain as it was fresh and tasty but not all of the food was of a similar standard ranging from excellent to average, and in the case of the desserts, below average. We had a membership card which was presented when settling our bill and we should have received a discount but didn't get it without asking.

Good value for money with lots of choice, bit of a wait at some food areas even though restaurant wasn't full. May need to look at ways of speeding up the service at some areas as the self service was very slow in some areas with some dinners taking forever to make a decision and then serve themselves.Will go back again but will try and pick a day when not so busy
