A Filipino restaurant in Old Town, Portland. Located inside the Hoxton Hotel, Portland, Pamana offers a menu inspired by Filipino dishes and family traditions. Join us for unique takes on brunch favorites and new takes on Filipino classics for dinner.

Dishes at Pamana are crafted with care and skill drawing inspiration from family tradition and Filipino ingredients. We offer a Filipino brunch menu filled with comforting traditional breakfast staples (silogs, pandesal, arroz caldo) as well as an elevated Filipino dining experience during dinner. Some signature dishes include kinilaw (a Filipino ceviche), our version of steak frites, along with classic Filipion food like pork sisig, lumpia and pancit. We’re the only Filipino restaurant in Portland currently offering a regular Kamayan-style tasting menu.

Located in Old Town, Portland right by the Chinatown gates and Lan Su Chinese Garden, Pamana is your neighborhood spot for dinner and drinks.

The breakfast is as delicious! What’s better than lumpia for breakfast paired with garlic rice? Answer…NOTHING! We came in a group of 6, service was excellent. Shared the pancakes (which taste like bibingka)! A fan favorite as the pork belly omelette. The portions were perfect! And the DeadStock coffee was a special treat as well! Highly recommend making reservations!

Wish I lived in Portland bc I would eat at Panama every day they're open! The. Best. Lumpia. Ever! So good that we ordered another round and added garlic rice to go with it. Had the French toast for something sweet and the added bananas and jackfruit were deliciously fresh and yummy. Nice setting to enjoy a meal. So cozy and comfy that you'll just want to sip your latte and stay.

Wonderful! Delicious food, warm and helpful service. We were surprised how few people there were for what is easily a top notch Portland dining experience. We'll definitely be back to try brunch.

Brunch menu on the savory side was great. The steak and eggs are a hit on this one - a must order. The pork brunch more on the sweeter side and maybe a bit too liberal on the sweet sauce. I was expecting more of the authentic pork and this was different (kinda like ribs w/o the bone). The buns and the garlic butter were a great combination although it is on the smaller portion side. Ube mochi pancakes are also a must if you go here. As far as service is concerned, they may need a little bit of work in that department. Somehow, they appear to be confused on who to serve first and also they had a tough time of keeping up on the tables. The other thing that we noticed is that their cutlery didn't match the restaurant. They need to upgrade their spoon, forks and knives (which couldn't cut into meat at all) - they appear to look old. Aside from that, it's a good place for a meal.

Cool vibe. China Town. On the main floor of a hotel. I'm glad it wasn't noisy during brunch. We could have a conversation and enjoy each other and the food. The traditional breakfast is delicious....and there are a few choices.

This was my first time there, motivated by a recent review in the paper, and it lived up to the review. Not many Filipino restaurants in Portland, so I hope Pamana is here for a while. I knew I'd be getting one of their silogs for Sunday brunch: I got the Tosilog (pork belly) and have every intention of returning to try the other varieties and maybe their Bibinkga. Service was very friendly; a little slow but I wasn't in a hurry. I sat at the bar, which shares the space but is separate from the restaurant, so separate checks: not a big deal, just something to be aware of. It looked like they had a busy takeout service, which I'll keep in mind.

Delicious filipino food! Great ambience. Servers are always friendly. Will have to try more on their menu. I get why the pan de sal buns sell out fast. Easy place to get to. Parked in the parking lot the next block over.

We were there for a bridal brunch. The food was SOOO good! Restaurant had plenty of room and everyone that worked there was super nice. We had such a great time. Highly recommend. Also plenty of street parking (download parking kitty). There's also a parking lot in walking distance

Quite good. I went with my friend who is of Filipino heritage also grew up there and he thought it was mostly pretty authentic. We were there for brunch and will go back to try dinner. Good job.
