I absolutely love this place! Was taken here for my birthday several years ago and we recently returned for a friend's birthday celebration. The vibe is warm, friendly and upscale without being snooty or pretentious. My friend was not feeling the ono fish special, but when the manager stopped by to see how we were doing, he quickly and graciously allowed her to replace it - she ordered the scallops instead (which were AWESOME). I'd return in a heart beat.

We're from out of town and were looking for a nice restaurant away from the Disneyland crowd. We're happy we chose Park Ave as the service and food were wonderful. It was a really enjoyable experience.

Value for the money has gone down over the years. $200 meal for a couple is a bit overpriced for the quality and amount of food and drinks we ordered.

I was celebrating Valentine’s Day with my date. I understood that it was busy and tough for the staff. Our waiter made us feel very rush yet he would rarely check on us. He was not genuine. Service was fair but close to poor. Something that stood out was while eating our dinner, one of the busboys came and refilled our waters. I handed him my cup and my dates. He placed my cup in front of me and reached over the plates to place my dates cup on the table. He broke the plate on accident and spilled water all over the table and onto my pants and jacket. I understood that was an accident and he proceeded to wipe it. Broken glass everywhere. I still had dinner on my plate which I was worried that glass had gotten in there. Half of my steak was ruined. I also sat on a piece of glass. All this but yet we did not received any concern from the staff. The food was overpriced and lacked flavor. The staffed was a let down that day. I’m sorry to say but we did not have a good experience.

The food was okay. Service was horrific. Our waitress knew nothing about wine and we were brought someone else’s food. Desert options were awful. I will not be going back there! Only thing that was good was the wine but it should be for the price, and I can get good wine at most restaurants. Not a happy customer!
