Food was good, portions are generous. Unfortunately, they said their system was not working and did not have my reservation, but we’re able to see us when we arrived anyway.

Huge line of people that had reservations, including my party. People leaving after waiting an hour for food. Really poor capacity planning and management.

We were frustrate by the experience on Christmas Eve as we made a reservation in plenty of advance notice. It seems they were taking walk ins and reservations and even though they were prioritizing reservations it was so backed up people were waiting over an hour WITH a reservation. We waited 25 minutes and determined we would never make the movie we had tickets for if we stayed to wait. We definitely understand holiday times and didn’t mind waiting a bit but it was clear we were not getting seated for at least an hour. And then it looked like the kitchen was just as backed up so food wait times were really long as we. We had to make a decision to leave. This was disappointing and left us with pretty much no where to go. My suggestion: only honor reservations on nights like these. Low ratings because we didn’t get in - the front desk folks were helpful while facing lots of people who were frustrated but the whole experience was not ideal.

PF Changes is one of our faves. I booked a reservation a few weeks in advance for 6pm and were seated around 7:30pm. It was Christmas Eve, I understand. However, why even accept reservations? Especially since those without reservations were still allowed to wait and were seated. Those customers were told there was a 2 hour wait…. if we waited 90 minutes, how did they get only another 30 minutes? The food took another hour. I am not one to typically give a poor review, and I will add the employees were amazing and patient and kind. It’s not on them; this was all on mgmt. They could have and should have planned better.

It was Christmas Eve and the house was packed despite having reservations we still have to wait after checked in so we decided to eat at the bar it was 90 min wait for our foods, the staff was very diligent and worked hard. Food was good!
