PF Chang's at Keystone at the Crossing is our favorite location. Always a delicious treat for us to visit. The food is wonderful & so is the service. Today we had the Combo, which is a great deal. You can order this up to 3PM daily. I had the salad, Sesame Chicken & brown rice. Paired with the mango iced tea - YUM! Be sure to specify that you want to finish your appetizer before the entree arrives otherwise, you'll have them both at the same time.

Our service over all was slow. While our waitress wasn’t “bad” things that should be in her control tool longer than they should: getting our water, then our cocktails, and our checks.

We waited 10-15 minutes and were never acknowledged at our table and the restaurant was not busy at all. It took the hostess five minutes to figure out where to seat us, in an empty restaurant. Now I know why it was empty. We ended up walking out and going to Doc B’s and the service was amazing. We won’t be back!

We love this location, but our service was subpar to say the least. The server was too distracted to focus on what she was doing. She had to ask twice if we wanted drinks and apps, and we had to ask for silverware. One member of our group got incorrect food, rather disappointed.
