Quality is going down there fried rice in the past used to have lots of fresh veggies, broccoli tomato mushrooms no the fried rice only has bamboo, sprouts and carrots. You’re lucky if you find some egg and scallion.

No one served us for 3 minutes. Had to leave as couldn’t even get us water after sitting for 39 minutes

The food was so good, the summer in Tokyo menu is amazing. I love that they have so many new sushi options. The service was not great at all, there were 3-4 waiters on our side and our waitress kept walking around checking on everyone but us. We also waited about 10-15 mins before she greeted us when we sat down.

Ordered Orange Chicken and got breaded balls and crispy chunks of fried something. I eat Pei Wei regularly by my job and it’s great. This however was not even a meal. I might have found 2 pieces of chicken in the whole meal.

After making 6:30 reservations we arrived to find out they were running an hour behind. I understand restaurants having issues (which evidently they did) but did they not have any way to email or call through the reservation?

It was so crowded for Father’s Day but the service/server did an amazing job! His attitude was off the charts great. The food was consistently good but we expected nothing less.

I mean, for PF Chang’s, it was not the normal food quality I am use to. The crab rangoon was chewy and overcooked at the same time, I honestly have no clue how they did that. The Chilean Sea Bass was good as usual, although the “skewers” idea cheapens it, just give me one piece, but the broccoli(subbed for spinach) was cooked way too long, like it was so soft a newborn could eat it. The server was great but was oversat, seems like they were understaffed. I would try again in a year maybe, but they need some work.
