De cuatro platillos que pedimos uno fue bueno (Hot & Sour soup) los otros fueron francamente malos. Servicio muy lento. Ambiente muy ruidoso, de la música solo se escuchaba el tambor y un pandero, percusiones, la melodía estaba ausente. Volumen alto, espacio pequeño, las conversaciones de las mesas vecinas invadían el ambiente.

Es un muy buen restaurante de comida china . El mejor plato es un pato que tarde 1 hora, pero merece la pena pedirlo. los dumplis de cerdo son fantasticos. No es muy caro para NYC. El servicio es muy ueno

The music was too loud! We had to wait 20 mins to be seated at our previously reserved table at 8:30. It was giving racist vibes. We had to keep reminding the hostess to seat us. I would not come back to this location.

Love the crispy duck. If you go for lunch the lunch specials are delicious and quite the bargain!!! Food is great and with the new updates the place will be smashing!!

The food was great, but served very quickly. Our appetizer plates were cleared without asking if we were done (we were not done). We asked the server to have them slow down the pace and he seemed annoyed/uninterested/bothered and said it was challenging to do that (there were only two other tables in the whole restaurant at this time). He also added gratuity onto the check and we were only 5 people, which I guess is why he made no effort to provide any kind of service or hospitality.

There is no doubt that the food here is excellent, a notable is the Peking duck, carved at the table side, but expect a 45 minute wait. This my second eating experience at this restaurant so we got to try a round of dishes we had not had before. Two excellent vegetable dishes to recommend include the eggplant and the green beans. Pre-dinner drinks were well-made to order and the alcohol content was not rationed. Service was excellent. The only downside was the noise level that was not present on our previous visit. The music loud and difficult to have a conversation. Not sure why they had the impression the clientele was hearing impaired. Otherwise although expensive this is fine upscale Chinese dining experience.

Quite baffled at the service that was given. The waiter we had seemed to be predominantly fixated on attending to the table next to us. Seemed as if he did not want to serve us. Their was a lack of hospitality on his end towards our table. When taking our order he was writing down yet more concerned with filling the table next to ours wine glasses. Order was inaccurate although it was repeated to us prior to placing. We did not make an issue of it. We tried to get the waiter ms attention numerous times and was ignored we had to ask the busboy / runner for our check which we still had to wait over 15 minutes. The food / Drinks were good but overall i would not recommend this location based on the service

Truly the worst ‘Chinese’ meal I have ever eaten - so bad was it I had to ask whether the food was actually cooked by true Chinese cooks …. The satay beef and chicken came in an insipid peanut something or other The dumplings were poorly put together and the dip was ….weird in it’s taste Worst was the much feted Peking suck- it was oily and we just gave up. Sorry for the waiting staff . The back room of the restuarant where we sat had no atmosphere and cheap ‘disco beats’ just made the whole experience memorable for all the wrong reasons. Truly pretends to be what it is not . The place needs a complete reset

Lovely birthday celebration at this restaurant! A must try for upscale Chinese in a clubby darkish, table lit atmosphere. Perfect east side location, went to 50E59 for play after dinner. Well trained staff, not stuffy, attentive and well dressed. Paced the meal well. The steamed dumpling sampler was outstanding! Duck spring rolls with an amazing sauce were hot and crispy. Depending on appetizers and appetite you could consider sharing a regular main meal portion. All other rice dishes besides white rice are al a carte, as are the vegetables if not in main dish. The sea bass came with 2 sauces that were delicious. Steak cooked perfect. Start with a Lychee martini, they make the best! The small bar area is intimate and inviting. There is "covered" outdoor seating as well. Ended the evening with a surprise sorbet with flaming sparkler!! Looking forward to going back for the Peking duck,... before the next birthday!!
