Pickled Poppy Fremantle comes to you from the Turner family, Tony brings to you 25 years experience in the hospitality industry working at venues including His Majesty’s Theatre, RAC Arena, Optus Stadium and other unique venues.
Using the experiences over the years Pickled Poppy brings a unique food experience taste of more than just a Pizza Restaurant, binding flavours from around the world the restaurant will offer balanced flavours on there pizzas and matched with side plates to share or feast on yourself.
Serving up great coffees, wines, cold beers on tap and a cocktail list worth staying for all incased in a Melbourne inspired setting.

After ordering, it took 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Food arrived after 45 minutes. Unfortunately the food was not good - the pork belly was undercooked, was mostly fat and the fat was not rendered properly with a soggy crackling. The flatbread was tasteless and appeared not to be made fresh on the premises but bought from elsewhere with a few tomatoes and onions and a bit of feta on top. However, as we were very hungry, we did eat most of what we had ordered. The two waitresses were wonderful and were trying their best to serve customers, but the restaurant was clearly severely understaffed on a busy Saturday night. Not a good experience and there are so many other restaurants to choose from in Fremantle.

Food and atmosphere was incredible, pizza toppings werent overdone, so had a very tasty, well built pizza :) beautiful restaurant!

We had such a lovely experience here. The food was absolutely delicious, the coffee was excellent, and the whole place had such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out though was the service — friendly, attentive and genuinely caring without feeling over the top. You can tell a lot of effort goes into both the food and the overall experience. Everything felt fresh, well presented and thoughtfully done. Definitely one of those places you leave already planning to come back to. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious, and the interior of the restaurant is gorgeous. However, despite booking weeks in advance, when we arrived we were on a rickety table on the pavement, not in the restauarnt (and there's no barrier to the road) so we were essentially sitting on South Terrace on a Saturday night, rather than in the lovely restaurant. It turns out that people still do bog laps in offensively loud cars 🤣 make sure when you book you request a table inside!

The food here is fantastic. We had the special, which was a buttered chicken pizza and it really worked. Always try their specials. There was a great pumpkin salad on a separate visit. Staff are super friendly!
