Prime 141 celebrates the love of food and friends!

Our menu pays homage to American steakhouse classics at the same time encourages our guests to explore innovative interpretations and nontraditional additions. Prime 141 offers an expertly curated menu that spotlights superior steaks, amazing sides, rad juice by the glass and yummy craft cocktails.

Our mood, service and menu are inspired from our culinary explorations, work and travels spanning nearly 40 years, 20 years developing world class restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, 18 years raising our family right here in Southern Highlands.

For us Southern Highlands is HOME, we want Prime 141 to be warm, welcoming, experiential, and delicious.

This restaurant just didn’t meet my expectations given the great reviews I read prior to my visit and how expensive it was. - When we arrived, the place was pretty empty. I expect the entrees to take a while, but it even took very long for our first round of drinks and appetizer to arrive. The recommended appetizer (Tuna Tiradito) and salad (La Scala) were underwhelming. - I ordered a NY Strip ($80+) medium well. It came out well done the first time. For the price, I expected the steak to be cooked at the right temperature at a steak house, so I kindly asked them to remake it. They were very sweet about it, and had me cut the meat in front of them to make sure it was cooked at the right temp. However, it probably needed more time to rest, because it was medium. It was improvement, so I just accepted it. However, the sear on the steak was overly charred and under seasoned. So, all I could taste was burnt steak. Since it already took so much time to make the first and second time, I accepted. - Dessert: Do not get the GF sticky toffee pudding. It is essentially a piece of wholewheat bread, caramel sauce, and frozen butter on the side. Really bad ending, but we just wanted to get out of there at that point. We had been there for 2 hours, and our bill was $400+ for two people and a dog (who also got a steak). - For Strip restaurant prices, I expected more. The service was slow, but friendly. The food was below average, but expensive. I prefer to dine on the Strip for those prices (Peter Luger, Delmonico, Ocean Prime) or go to another steakhouse off strip that is cheaper with better quality food (Echo & Rig). I really wanted to like this restaurant, but from this experience, I probably would not return or recommend to anyone.

Been here several times. Never disappoints. Cool surroundings, great menu, superior food, tasty cocktails, outstanding service. Everything you want for a fine dining experience.

The best steakhouse in vegas. MJ is a fantastic bartender. Tyler is a fabulous chef. Serena provides the ambience and takes great care of everybody. The servers spoil you. The food is to die for. We’re here at least once a week. Never disappoints.

We love this restaurant and our server, Kim. Our only comment negative is that the steak was not as tender as usual - seemed to have more gristle. The bread was OUTSTANDING. Just wish it was a little closer to our home. We also love the bar area - quaint and casual.

We always love our evenings here! The restaurant is beautiful, lavishly appointed, and every time we eat here it feels like we are being pampered. From the beautiful place settings at the tables, and even the bar, to the bread service with the smoky butter and crudités, to the beautifully presented and delicious food, Prime 141 is a hidden gem! If the restaurant was closer to our house, we would be here even more! Thank you, Prime 141, for always making us feel welcome and special!
