Featured by Food Network Chef Roby was also the celebrity guest chef on The Martha Stewart Show, and has been featured in magazine publications, including Food & Wine, Gourmet, Pastry Art & Design, Chocolatier, Architectural Digest.
He also served as a celebrity chef during the Celebrity Chef Tour in Chicago, for the James Beard Award Dinner with Marcus Samuelsson.

We had another fabulous dinner at Primo in Geneva on Saturday night. My friend and I love the ambiance and seclusion that we feel inside the restaurant. We both had specials and they are a must see! Ester is my absolute favorite hostess. I would recommend again & again! You gotta try it!

The food, atmosphere, and service were incredible. Wonderful evening out. We made our own charcuterie plate, and split 2 entrees. Everything was delicious, and cannot wait to go back!

Chic and romantic little gem with very attentive staff and very good food and drinks. The food portions and timing were excellent. The attention to detail in the decor and food presentation made the dining experience memorable.

The food, service, and atmosphere was breathtaking. Our waiter made our experience a night to remember. We got the chef's choice charcuterie board was out of this world, followed by the best octopus I've ever eaten and a pork belly that melts in your mouth, followed by the devil's food cake which was indulgent and the perfect end to the night. Our waiter spoiled us with complementary chocolates and prosecco to go with our cake. Unbelievable experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

I was a little underwhelmed by the experience overall. Our 7:00 reservation was pushed back to 7:30 but at least we were warned ahead of time. The atmosphere was nice as was the service, but I wish they could try to have some healthy choices on the limited menu. I had the eggplant and it had a heavy tomato paste taste. My husband had the carbonara and the taste lingered for hours. Everything on the menu seemed rich and heavy. We didn't have a Primo dessert but took home a fantastic chocolate s'mores mousse tart to share from the wonderful adjoining chocolate store.
