The Puckett’s roots go way back to the 1950s, and a little grocery store in the village of Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. Gabriel was amazing server, incredible energy and attitude. Delicious food-fried green bean app,Garden salads,BBQ platter, fried catfish, slaw, sweet potato mash, baked beans…all food OUTSTANDING. Dessert-Deep Fried Brownie sundae-the absolute highlight to end this spectacular meal. Best dessert I’ve had at any restaurant in decades. And in the end a bill that was so surprisingly reasonable. Quality Service, Incredible Food and reasonable portions, all at a pleasing value. Will most definitely return!

We visited Puckett’s for my first time for my birthday. We ordered the Pulled Pork with sweet potato fries, Baked Beans, and Cole Slaw. The slaw was made with Apple Cider vinegar. The pork didn’t have much flavor even when adding their sauces. The beans were good, but make sure you like a little spice in your beans. The sweet potato fries were on point. If I visit again, I will try something else.

Had a reservation, however it was not only not honored, we were told it would be a 30min wait. I understand maybe a glitch in the system, but being someone who works in the industry as management, something should’ve been done. There were enough tables dirty that if they were bussed, could’ve easily been sat.

For the price we paid, I was very disappointed in the food. It was cold and it didn’t taste good. I’ve had Thanksgiving dinner at Puckett’s in the past when they had a buffet (Franklin) and the food was excellent. I had high hopes for this meal and was complete surprised at how bad it was. I even suggested Puckett’s to some friends of mine and they were very dissatisfied. The service was outstanding. Our waitress did everything right and we tipped her well.

Reservations were on time, staff super friendly. The service was quick and food really good. Only disappointment was the desserts but by that time we were full so it was nothing to gripe about. Would go back definitely.

This was our 2nd year to have Thanksgiving at Puckets. The music was way too loud. The food wasn’t worth the price. It definitely wasn’t as good as the year before. Our sever was fantastic. Will not be dinning there next Thanksgiving. Very disappointed.

Our first time there. Great good, great service, and great music from the Jolly Strings Quartet! Will definitely return again.
