Queen Street, Galway's newly refurbished Gastro bar is located in the corner of Eyre Square within the Victoria Hotel. Our bar offers delicious food, an impressive selection of cocktails, beers, wine and spirits with a wonderful atmosphere to ensure all your needs are catered for.

Lunch menu is served from 12.00 to 16.00 and Dinner is served from 16.00 to 20.30 throughout the week and on bank holidays. Our bar service is also available from 12pm - 11pm Sun - Thurs and 12pm - 12am Fri & Sat.

The overall look of venue is clean and cool. The staff are warm and welcoming. The food tasty and hot! Cocktail….. fabulous

Beef and Guinness pie with 3 small pieces of beef and about 10 carrots, additional sauce was cold had to be heated up, partners burger was good. Service was good but was cold because of main doors opening into the bar

The food was quite good. One steak was overcooked but it was remade fresh, perfect, and very quickly by the kitchen and kindly handled by service. I feel that a problem dealt with well is the strongest indicator of really good service and Queen Street got an A+ for that. Space is pleasant but unremarkable “upscale hotel restaurant”. Not too loud which is a rare blessing these days.

The Brunch is absolutely fabulous, the staff were incredibly attentive and very friendly. The food was amazing quality and value. Only shock was that there wasn't more people there, absolute 10/10 experience and I will no doubt be back.

Service and ambience was good. Food was fine, could all have had more flavour. Had burger and chips, plate looked empty without addition of salad.

We visited with a couple of friends and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of flavour. The service was excellent throughout the evening friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We all really enjoyed our meal and the overall atmosphere. If I’m back in Galway again, I would definitely return. Highly recommended! ❤️

Three of us had the Grilled Angus Beef Burger, which is described as a smash burger. This would not be considered a smash burger in the US, where we are from, but it was the juiciest, most delicious burger we all had in a long time! We sat at a high top table, which was very comfortable, and I must say Queen Street was a beautifully decorated bar!
