With bottle service at Qulturé, you and your group can enjoy the ultimate VIP treatment. When booking for a section or table, there is a $1 non-refundable reservation fee. Selecting an add-on is REQUIRED to secure your reservation. If you don't choose an add-on, your reservation will be forfeited. Tables and Sections are first come first serve. Bottle Minimums are a requirement for Table reservations Saturdays ONLY after 11pm and Section reservations Saturdays ONLY after 10pm. If the table or section is not available, you will be notified and your reservation will be canceled.

I had a 3pm reservation and upon arrival the restaurant was not open at 3pm, the staff was still arriving and setting up the restaurant.

Had a reservation for 10:45 for my friend’s birthday brunch. We got there and the doors were locked. Waited till 11 when they were officially supposed to be open doors were still locked. You could hear music blasting in there. But nobody in there chairs still on all the tables. There was a guy there preparing for a crawfish boil. He was surprised that the doors were locked and nobody was around. We tried calling twice no answer. Two other guests showed up they tried calling they were an annoyed as well. Seriously disappointed.

The place is definitely a combination Restaurant (with a limited menu), bar and hookah lounge. It is an Urban environment suitable for 20 and 30 year old. I ordered a Mojito to drink with the Fried Catfish and fries for dinner. My wife ordered a Cranberry and Vodka with the cheese burger sliders for dinner. The food was delicious and our server was great.

I booked a section for my birthday and the experience was TERRIBLE. Bottle girls aren’t aware of their inventory stock. I was charged for 2 bottles just to be informed that they didn’t have it. As my friends and I wait for our replacement bottles, the section next to us set off a firework causing mines and my friends clothes to turn black. There was black smoke EVERYWHERE. Once I asked for a full refund it took them 40min to accommodate my needs. Definitely won’t be coming back and HIGHLY don’t recommend.

Upon entering through the establishment, the DJ was playing so loud that the nobody in my party could hear themselves think, let alone speak to one another. I made a reservation for 2 and it was basically irrelevant as 3 people came up to me and asked how many in my party. They initially sat us next to the bathroom, and when I asked to be transferred to a high-top, I was initially told no because there was only 2 in my party, but was eventually moved. When we attempted to order, the waitress told us that they didn't have anything on the left side of the menu...the entrees. So we had to order appetizers after a long day. When we asked to order a hookah, the waitress stated that we had to wait for a particular waitress who would take that specific order, instead of taking the order and relaying it, or putting it in herself. It took a LONG time for the hookah waitress to get to us, and when we asked her which flavors she would suggest out of two options, she stated that they didn't have anything but watermelon and mint. It seemed that they weren't prepared to be open for business. The hookah came and was not well prepared, as it burned our throats upon initial consumption, but was corrected. The venue's aesthetic and ambiance was NOTHING like the pictures portrayed on the website and Instagram. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Customer service was great. One of the cooks came out the kitchen and told the server, she needs to hurry up with cashing us out because his “food comes first” very unprofessional. The server was amazing.

I was looking forward to visiting this place but I was not prepared for what I experienced. The restaurant was full of smoke due to hookah being smoked inside. The server although very pleasant, was slow and not very attentive. The food took a VERY long time and considering the taste and quality it was definitely not worth the wait. The chicken wings were overly breaded as if they came from a bag and placed in the oven or air fryer. I was considering this spot for an upcoming event but I am glad I visited first.
